Love this scooter. Came quickly and staff was professional and nice. All the parts were there and no damages. It was easy to put together. They contacted me to verify my color before shipping and again for the vin. They sent links for YouTube which breaks down how to do the maintenance, motor break-in, and most common problems people have with them. What I can add. Make sure to check tire pressure, change motor oil, and check all hoses before running it. I had a kink hose but it was only because the hose was too long. Quick fix. When changing the oil. Leak came from the o ring on the filter plug. Replaced and leak stop. Make sure to find torque specs (ask Rufus) and don’t use an impact wrench. If you go to Rufus and ask for any info on the bike it will give you all the info you need. Thank me later. Runs good and starts up first time. Make sure to use 93 octane non ethanol gas and be sure to break in engine. Im still waiting on the paperwork to come in. Other than that this is a great bike. ... show more

i was very satisfied with this product and the customer support is good i bought the product not fully assembled and my only comment for the seller is that there should be assembly instructions included if purchased not assembled i 4 starred for the lack of instructions

    • Title doesn’t match.
Went to get it tagged and the vin doesn’t match the title. Also it failed because of the blue lights around the headlights. Will update when the issue has been resolved.

Safety hazard on handle bars bolt attachment nut does not completely secures tightly on post hole making it loose require a washer to complete secure the nut on bolt should be open nut or make bolt 1/4 in shorter. Ended up ordering another bolt thru seller same result ended up spending money futile.

Was a great purchase, and unlike other reviews I DIDN’T have any missing parts. Yay! This order was perfect, and starts right up. Just put gas, and goooeeeessss! Does come with all the fluids already put in the moped, except gas obviously. Customer support will reach out to you after you buy the moped, to confirm your color and to tell you to call the customer support number for the title since they can’t legally send the title with the moped. My customer support agent was Jaz - Fantastic agent. She was QUICK, and EXPLANATORY! Scooter quality is fantastic, comes with a usb port, and I can confirm does have the legal dot requirements to operate on the roads upon registration, plates. The only thing I didn't like about this thing is it is very hard to get to the steering wheel and tighten it up it comes to you undone and the tire not on. You have a couple of options of how u wanna air it up. It's a tubeless tire. So definitely google it. There isn't an easy way. So, I'll just leave that to you. ALSO, it has a fantastic key locking mechanism. But DEFINITELY BUY THE WHEEL LOCK THAT LOCKS ONTO THE WHEEL PART. The thief's will find a way if you don't. ... show more

Great, I am very pleased with this scooter it has style and speed. Wasn't hard to assemble, but some instructions would have made it even easier. Things like changing the oil right after assemble since it only shipping oil. Found that out about 4 days later when I requested registration paperwork. Would buy again. ... show more
