But beyond that, my son took a small fall one week into riding it and a piece broke, I reached out to customer service and they replaced the piece. It definitely gets attention and has been enjoyable for the family. What stood out the most was the support from Judy and the Tuttio team. After an unfortunate accident during our first ride, they stayed in communication with us, reviewed all the information we provided, and worked with us to help resolve the situation by arranging replacement parts and support throughout the process. Purchased for my son and he loves it! Great bike for young teens and adults. We did experience a malfunction with the rear suspension and did a warranty claim. Let me tell you, their costumer service is phenomenal! Elaine, is the representative I had…amazing prompt service. From the time I initiated the claim to the time I received the replacement parts (which surprisingly didn’t take very long to arrive) they kept me in the loop and answered every question I could ask. Installing the replacement parts were easy enough, similar to the initial assembly. Besides that, these bikes are built to last. In sport mode they can go pretty fast, I’d suggest a helmet. He son can be gone all day riding with his friends without needing to charge the battery, it’s long lasting.

Great bike. We are newcomers with this e-bike situation so there was a learning curve. Got this for my 13 year old son for his birthday. He’s over the moon for it. Took it out to a friends home where there was lots of room to ride- came home and tires were full of goat heads so when he woke up the next day ready to ride- both tires were completely flat. Understandable- but description said it was more off road tires- got some green slime and pumped up both tires and now running great. Handlebars got loose after first few rides and had to take a part to get them super tight. Directions could have been easier, larger and better description would have been appreciated. Took about 2 1/2 hours to assemble. Luckily my dad has experience with bikes so I had some good help. Comes with tools to assemble but definitely needed a couple different ones to tighten. Overall very happy with this purchase it rides very smooth, there’s an eco option and a sport and that mode gets the bike really going. Not too fast for my son which I was concerned about. We will see how it does once he takes it out again on the mud/weeds. Only been a few days since we purchased it. I’ll update. Charging only took a few hours to full capacity - not 12 like it says it needed.

Good value for price. Had an issue with the controller 6 months in to riding it bike went dead. And after a email and a short video Tuttio stood behind their product and shipped us out a controller. Really good customer service. Would recommend to anyone wanting to buy an electric bike!!

My 13 yr old bought this bike with his own money! The battery life only last for about 45 minutes to 1 hour. As I have a gps on my son’s bike. He’s only going a 4 block radius from my home. Also the ignition or throttle fell out when he took the key out ! The bike is defective. I asked for an exchange, i have the insurance. I have in contact with seller and amazon and no help with either party ! I highly recommend for an item like this you walk into a store to purchase! This has been going on for over a month with no help or results. I have complied with both parties and provided everything they asked for ! They wanted me to pay for shipping which was 489.00 myslef ! Terrible customer service and I results! So now my son’s bike is taken apart and not being used ! This is very sad and this bike is too expensive for it not being able to use it ! At this pointi I asked for a new battery or throttle because it’s been very frustrating dealing with these parties tuttio the seller and amazon!

We have 3 Tuttio's, 2 soleil's and one arc and love them all! My boys have so much fun on these every day. We ran into one small issue with the Soleil and Tuttio's customer service responded promptly with a solution to the problem and sent us the new part hassle free. I have not seen customer service this good in a very long time. I highly recommend their e-bikes. This is a great product and Tuttio has lived up to their word.
