The media could not be loaded. Communication: Sucks, bike broke down after driving 152 miles 2 weeks after receiving the bike, seller refused to help, said I needed to take it to a mechanic, so after getting $300 or $400 to pay a mechanic to look at the bike, it was ruled that it was a defect and the transmission was blown. That I needed a new motor. Reached back out, they tried to refuse to help me by saying it’s been more than 30 days since purchase, yes but we’ve been fighting about this since 2 weeks after getting the bike. Okay so then after about another 1-2 weeks going back and forth, the best they could do is send a transmission, that can’t even be used because we need a whole new motor so I’m out of luck. DO NOT BUY, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY WILL TRY AND TURN THE TABLES ON YOU WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG Oh and to add, my dad bought this bike too and it has a gas leak, food for thought. Just save your money for a better, more reputable brand.

this is a nice motorcycle arrived undamaged assembly was fairly easy all nuts&bolts checked out only one screw loose on throttle housing verry well made gets great gas mileage looks like a titan mean and lean the only problem is parts kind of hard to get i am sure you can just have patience other than that what a fantastic motorcycle the tires are ok brakes look good so far starts right up beautiful blue color it really dosnt need anything but ridden have over 100 miles on it nice and smooth no wobble straight the brake rotors are out of true need replaced but they are on that the price is right the dealer needs to step up to the plate and provide spare parts more easily thats the reason for the 4 stars but customer service is on it had contact with them the whole time from shipping to after assembly verry nice people getting the paperwork was fast getting the bike titled was easy if you buy this motorcycle you will be pleased and a smile on your face when you ride it.

The motorcycle came a week earlier then expected and even though the box was beat up only a minor scratch was on the bike.. no instructions but a video was easy to find (have to have atleast 2 people). The side skin (silver part) dosenr line up to put bolts on but they don't matter. The bike looks great and rides smooth also.

This is terrible Chinese copy of a ninja , poor very poor quality , I don’t know why Amazon sells this , and the you cannot return it , the motto looks beautiful , but then you realized everything is plastic , first day the back seat off from the moto, this is a copy poor made of a Japanese motto

The motorcycle was delivered to my front door without one scratch on it. I only had the handle bars to put on. Put gas into the bike and it drives like a dream. It handles the curves great and I am so very happy with my purchase. I called for the title and Ms. Sophia was fantastic and professional throughout the call. She needed my order number and she sent my title in 3 to five business days. My bike has 350 miles on it and I could not be happier or more satisfied with my purchase.

I had seen a motorcycle a few years ago with the dual exhaust coming out of the tail section and I loved the way it looked. When I saw the Titan 250 black color I had to have it. Price was great and buying on Amazon even better. Delivery was fast and I only had a few small issues, a cracked rear exhaust trim piece and a missing seat bumper. I contacted HHH with email and text and finally on Amazon. I sent photos on 4 different occasions but never received any parts. After several months the paint started to bubble up, it was then that I discovered my bike appeared to have been pieced together from what appeared to be 3 different motorcycles of different colors and slightly painted over. Consequently resulting in a motorcycle of many colors. When I uncrated it in my driveway it seemed bright and polished and shiny. I didn't notice it wasn't the fantastic black one that I ordered. However, I have given it 3 stars because it was cheap enough to make it my own so to speak. I have painted it black, installed a bigger engine and done away with the highly restricted exhaust system that I initially loved so much and added a conventional high flow exhaust system. In the end, I love my motorcycle but I have learned to be aware of shiny objects. I have included a picture of my bike before modifications. If you look at the factory black model you will see that this one is not even close. Lol!
