This after shave has a subtle, but long lasting earthy, woody scent. It not only last all day long, but I often smell just a faint hint of it even by the next morning. I would describe the scent as fresh, earthy, and with the addition of cedarwood, woody. The scent does not overwhelm upon application, and after the first couple of minutes, it becomes very subtle, and last throughout the day. I must admit that I have another brand of aftershave that I actually slightly prefer to this one, however, I did get complements from the ladies when wearing this aftershave, so I will have to find occasion to wear it more often. There is no doubt that this aftershave is pricey, but if you can afford it, I would recommend that you give it a try, and experience for yourself, this unique scent, and see if it is for you.

At first I thought it said Lotion, but no its a after shave, so its like a cologne but you put it on your face. It does not have a strong burn as others have (you know the Home Alone, Ahhhh) but it goes on good, and of course since it is Acqua de Gio by Armani who already have nice colognes, this after shave smells great. Not sure how long it will last as you really do not need a lot, but I have only put this on and went outside and have had women say they like how I smell, so I guess it could double as a cologne. Again nice product.

I like Georgio Armani cologne of the same scent. So it was a no brainer to try this aftershave with the same signature scent. Even if you don’t use cologne, this is a nicely scented aftershave. It’s the astringent type, not the creamy type. For me this type works better and is more refreshing. My only criticism is that it is a bit pricey. But for a great scent by a great brand, I see it as a daily treat that lasts awhile and smells great.

When I go out of the house I put on a splash of this aftershave. It has a great balanced scent and not too overpowering. Also long-lasting. A staple for the daily hygiene arsenal.

My husband has been using this aftershave for years and it never disappoints - the perfect balance of sophisticated and fresh without being overwhelming. The bergamot and jasmine hit you first, then settle into this amazing woody musk that seriously lasts all day. I always comments on how good it smells even after my husband gets home from work. A little goes a long way with this stuff. One bottle will last him for at least 6 months. The bottle is pricey, but it's worth every penny for a classic scent that works for both office and date nights.

Got this for my husband. He actually likes it. It's moisturizing without being "girly," and makes his face smooth. It smells great, without being overpowering. Good for daytime events where he doesn't want to overpower a room with fragrance. My only complaint is $60 is a lot for a mainstream aftershave that's not niche.

This after shave has a wonderful scent that is well balanced between the woodsy, musk, and floral fragrances to give it a well-balanced refreshness of the Mediterranean.
