Bikes amazing just isn’t accurate about the battery mileage well maybe it is but it seems like it’s runs out quicker only last about 2 Ina half 3 hrs tops out and around full ride but other then that this bike is amazing 0 issues at all runs perfect all parts came I recommend buying this bike

Communication with the company is limited to email only, preventing us from engaging in direct conversation. Although they have offered to replace the faulty component, we would be responsible for the replacement process. Good amount of power. Wasn't awful to put together, took less than an hour. My 14 year old son thinks it is amazing, and was just the right height for him, he's 5'5". Seems sturdy as well. Took about 10 days to be delivered, so not bad for a whole ebike.

The bike is as described, it was delivered on time and everything came in good shape, it took about 1.5 hours to put together, once the battery was delivered it came with a full charge, I like the different modes #1 is good to learn the bike and how to maneuver especially if your new to riding like my son is, I am 230 and #2 mode pulled me with no problems and then #3 is where the true fun begins, I am very impressed with the bike and the battery life, I will say that I wish the metal frame had more strength, my son went down the first day and dropped it and it bent the back of the frame but it was easy enough to pull off the plastic and to fix it, but for the money I am very happy with the bike ... show more
