According to the manual the cables from the controller to the winch are 3', but mine are only 1' which will not allow me to mount the controller where I can run the battery cables on my Polaris Ranger. I worked with Amazon Product Support and they were not able to reach the manufacturer. Additionally, I have tried multiple times to contact the manufacturer on my own to get the correct cables, but I have gotten no response. I'm happy with the winch, but not the provided cables.

I purchased this to help me move a safe and various stuff in my garage since I was moving and didn't have any help. It worked great but the gear that make you able to free spin the line broke after a couple of hours of use. Other than that it is a great product. Strong pull, the line doesn't kink or fray. It still works despite the gear broke. Easy to install and use. I haven't used the wireless remote.

I bought this winch to put on the back of my can am commander. I really like the remotes plus the fact that two remotes come with it. It works good for me. I would buy this one again.
