I purchased this battery under the impression that they would stand by there product. I am not the first person to have this issue but I can confidently say with my electrical license that I am aware if the battery is bad. Open a warranty claim and they said I would need to go to a auto parts store and get a battery test because that is going to be more accurate than my fluke 376 tester that I use to test all forms of batteries for generators and circuits in the industrial industry. I don’t have the time to waste going to get a 18year old kid at an auto parts store to test my battery and tell me if it’s good or bad. This battery is a 100 dollar battery when the industry standard version of this is between 30-70 dollars but somehow despite spending double the industry standard they don’t make a seamless warranty transaction. This warranty claim started with Amazon and it’s now been 7 days of back and forth. This is settling with me taking a 100 dollar loss and going elsewhere to buy the battery ... show more

Bought this battery July15th of 2024, put about 1200 miles on my bike before winter. Had it on a battery tender for the last 2 and half months. Pulled it out today to go for a ride and wouldn't even start! Test concluded that it has a dead cell. 8 months old! Out of warranty. Update, called Interstate today. Great customer service! Turns out they have a 1 year warranty. Went to two auto parts stores to have the battery tested so I could show them it was bad and they are going to refund me my money and I can use the dead battery for the core charge.
