Affter follow from Wyze. As soon as I posted this review, Wyze gave me a letter that they will resolve the problem so I wrote the problem which I had with these cameras but I don't receive any follow up from them more than 10days. I have never had this kind of update firmware trouble before with any kind of Wyze product. Both cameras were bricked after their first firmware update. I also try manually update but still doesn't work (Wyze cam V2 firmware). If anyone buy this, be careful before update their firmware.

DO NOT BUY - BOTH cameras won’t work after doing the suggested malware update. I’ve contacted consumer arrive half a dozen times and they don’t read the email and continue to send the same irrelevant options…so frustrating and a waste of time.

When you connect this to your WiFI and phone, you will be offered a chance to update the firmware. Seemed like a no-brainer. DO NOT DO IT. You will get a screen like the attached photo. I tried with the first camera in the box. Note that the screen says you can leave this screen and your camera will reboot when the update is finished. I left the screen and gave the camera about 30 minutes to complete the update. When I tried to configure the camera, I was told it was no longer connected to the WiFi and I should move it closer to the router. It was only about 8 feet from the router, with no walls between. If it cannot find the WiFi that close, there is no hope for it. I tried rebooting the camera, and it became toast. Perhaps the firmware update had not completed. The camera would not even come on--no lights. So I moved to the second camera in the package. I joined it to my WiFi and camera and proceeded to update the firmware. This time, I did not leave the screen pictured. Thirty hours later the screen had not changed (the two gears were turning). Thinking that perhaps the app on my phone had become stuck, I rebooted the phone. The pictured screen was gone, but again the app said the camera was no longer connected to the WiFi and I should move it closer to the router. I rebooted the camera, this one came back on (illuminated yellow light on back of camera), but still reported it was not connected to the WiFi. I tried deleting the camera from the app with the intention of reinstalling it. I could not reinstall it. To install it, you need to press the setup button. Well, the setup button no longer works. I cannot tell you what kind of security camera this is, but I can tell you for certain that you do not want to update the firmware. But better advice would be just to not purchase this product.
