The media could not be loaded. This is a really good unit for the money. A few things to keep in mind if you’re OK with having to pull it out of the pool and charge it every 3 to 4 hours and you have to pull the basket out and clean it with a brush probably every 5 to 10 cleanings. If your unit keeps doing wheelies, that means that the basket isn’t clean, I found that out the hard way otherwise it does a really good job especially upon Pool opening. It’s a little bit of a pain having to pull it out and it takes a little longer to ultimately get the pool clean, but it does a great job

Complete waste of money. I wrote the company the first week since it didn’t work correctly. I got zero response. Wrote them a few more times with zero response. I bought this in October 2024 and as of two weeks ago, beginning of June 2025, it wouldn’t work and it would die after full charge within a few minutes. Now, June 22, it would t turn on. With the lack of support and no response, I threw it in the garbage. Cheap product, terrible customer service (or lack thereof) and a complete waste of money. On top of the above, after each sort of successful use for a few months, I completely cleaned the unit, net and hosed it down to ensure it was cared for properly. Yet, it still didn’t work properly and completely died as of last week and in the garbage today. Don’t buy. I’d never recommend this company and/or product.

I bought this because I was getting sick of untangling the cord for our corded pool vacuum. After researching a bunch I landed on this one. And I am glad I did. Its very powerful, climbs and cleans the side of the pool and is just easy to use. The down side is you have to keep up on charging it, but if you have a pool care routine, that is easy enough to do.

Liked that is easy setup and connecting to App. Also, liked how it cleans that pool. I set pre-pattern, dropped it in pool and it did it thing for 2 hours. Pool looks great! My only dislike is the App could be better. But, it works. Overall, great product… One thing is Bluetooth does not communicate while in the water, so pattern has to be programmed outside of pool…

Espectacular para pelos, insectos, hojas, etc., no así para tierra que sea muy finita, ya que si bien la limpia, hace como un remolino el ventilador y las ruedas, y parte de la misma se desparrama a los costados, flota y vuelve a caer. El uso y el lavado del robot es hiper sencillo. Me llamo la atención como succiona la arena que justo esta debajo del robot y limpia las uniones de las venecitas dejándolas impecables, eso sí, la tierra que no succiona que esta al costado, se desparrama hacia la superficie y vuelve a caer. La calidad de los materiales, es de primer nivel, son un 10 y la interface para configurar el uso con el celular, es muy amigable y sencillo. El envío a Argentina (CHUBUT), tardo alrededor de 40 días, y llego todo de manera correcta.

I bought this unit, and for the first 6 months, it worked wonderfully. Easy to charge and clean the filter basket. However, after 6 months, it stopped working. At first customer service was responsive and we arranged for the unit to be shipped back and a replacement sent to me. But after I shipped my unit back, I never received a replacement unit even though they told me twice it was being shipped. It has been almost 3 months and I still have not received a replacement, and they still have my defective unit.

I wanted to wait until I’d used this for a little while. I feel like I can write a fair review now. I’m not overly impressed. I have a small pool and the robot can’t stay charged long enough to clean the whole pool. The other problem, and maybe this wouldn’t be the case if it could run longer, it doesn’t pick up as much as I expected. I recently had some landscaping done around the pool and a fair amount of dirt got in the pool. After running it twice, the pool wasn’t even close to being clean. Charged it and ran it again. Couldn’t even tell the difference. Checking the basket it’s definitely picking up dirt, but I don’t know if it would continue to pick up more if it kept running. For light duty maintenance I’d say it’s ok. But I wouldn’t buy another one.
