That said, I didn't realize they were lighter weight than the Wüsthoff Classic line, which are heavier and cost about twice as much as these, so I was a bit disappointed when these came. Still, I can't really fault these Gourmet knives; they're sharp and cut well and seem to handle nearly as well as the more expensive ones. This is a great knife set and truly a quality product. My only drawback is that it’s an 11 piece set but you receive a 16 piece wood block leaving you with empty spots.

Not only do these knifes look amazing, they also cut amazing and feel higher quality than most others. I wish it came with some serrated blades but so far it’s been amazing for cutting various things
