These vests have been great for my kids to wear while playing flashlight tag out on the street at night. They are all old enough to be aware of cars, etc., but it is nice to have an extra safety measure on them. They have adjusted to fit almost all the kids - no matter what size - pretty well.

I took this picture in a dark room with my flash on. The orange is my jacket, the yellow is this child's vest. See how bright the stripes on my jacket are? That's what real retroreflective material looks like. I guess this vest is fine for costumes but don't use it if you actually want your children to be more visible at night. ... show more

These are extremely visible for late-evening walks. Unfortunately, the reflective strips could definitely be more reflective. They seem adequately well-constructed for the price ($10 for two).
