It was easy and fast for my man to assemble, and it's super comfortable and high quality I was genuinely surprised. The lumbar support pillow is perfectly firm as it should be, and plugged into my battery pack it's been going about 10 minutes and I haven't even gone down 1%, and it's a nice gentle buzz that generates it's own heat and I just know this will be so relaxing at the end of a long day. 💚: It’s sooooo comfy and I didn’t realize the lumbar pillow was adjustable! The arm rests also adjust when you recline, which was a lovely surprise. I can easily sit cross-legged in the chair without the arm rests digging into my legs. It does not feel cheap at all— in fact, It feels like a steal for the price. However, this is NOT the quality of gaming or office chair a star YouTuber would be using. If you’re looking for something like that, this isn’t it. 💛: It WAS a little confusing to put together but it took about 30-45 minutes total. 💔 : This is not a chair for heavier people. The footrest feels a little flimsy (I’m 180lbs) but it is otherwise sturdy. The lumbar pillow vibrates gently but I wouldn’t say it “massages.” However— I have back issues and require strong pressure. Ultimately I’m very satisfied with this purchase! ... show more

I really wanted to like this chair—the assembly was pretty easy. However, it’s not the most sturdy, if I’m being honest. I’ve had it for less than a year, and the arms already feel like they’re coming loose. The back support isn’t as sturdy as I’d hoped, either. That said, it’s still pretty comfortable overall, but I definitely think there are better-made gaming chairs out there. Eventually, I’ll probably upgrade and purchase a new one, but for the price, it’s not a bad option. ... show more

Pros: - Easy to assemble with the provided instructions - Great lumbar support feature allows for super casual gaming sessions (and it vibrates)! Cons: -Plastic wheels aren't very durable, this one had broken within the first year of owning the chair. -15 months into owning the chair and the little welds that keep the chair from tilting forward and backward have broken (see images.) If you order this chair, you can expect this part to inevitably break. Overall I cannot recommend this chair as having the only part that connects the seat to the wheels breaking is pretty detrimental to the quality. ... show more
