Battery-powered mowers are quieter, more efficient and cost effective, and cleaner to use for both you and the environment. And with double the power and double the runtime, this mower offers gas-like performance. The two 20V batteries in this model to give it 40V of power, and this version comes with two 4.0 Ah batteries. That’s twice as much charge as the standard 2.0 Ah rechargeable batteries, for twice the runtime. You can mow up to 1/8 acre per charge. And we tossed in a dual-port charger, so you can “fill up” quickly. It takes 2 hours to charge both or if you just need one battery for another Worx PowerShare tool, you can charge one in just an hour. This is a modern mower with modern features. Intellicut gives you extra torque when the grass is thicker, and then lets you dial it back down to conserve energy when the terrain is smooth. The six cutting height positions range from 1.5”-4.0”, and the cut-to-edge placement of the blades lets you get closer to the house or garden for less trimming later. WORX GT 3.0 20V String Trimmer & Blower Revolution Combo - WG928 (Battery & Charger Included) Save a bundle with the Worx 20V Grass Trimmer and Blower Combo Kit. These two rugged and powerful lawn and garden helpers will keep your yard clear of debris and your edges neat and tidy. And they’ll do it in less time and with less strain on you, the user. You’ll look like a landscape artist to your friends and neighbors because these two are easy to use. They’re both lightweight and are full of ergonomic features to make them comfortable to work with. With a 12” cutting diameter, this trimmer is large enough to make wide passes, but not so big so you can still maneuver between shrubs and trees. It uses our patented Double Helix DNALINE2 trimmer string: it’s oval-shaped, reduces drag, and has a tensile strength of almost 100 lbs. That means the string lasts longer and makes cleaner cuts. The TURBINE Blower has two-speeds so you can execute different debris clearing jobs efficiently. Low-speed operates at 55 mph and 270 cfm (cubic feet per minute), which is what you need for tight corners and small spaces—if you went in full speed, you’d just make a mess. But when you’re out on the open lawn, Hi-speed is what you need. Two Power Share 20V Li-ion 2.0Ah batteries come with this kit, and one 2A quick charger, so you’ll always have juice for these two lawn & garden tools or any tool on the Worx Power Share platform.

  • Secret Lawn Mower
Size: 17" 40-Volt Style: 4.0Ah Batteries Included Pattern Name: Mower
If you're looking for a really quiet and super easy to use mower at a decent price, this will do the trick on a typical sized lawn (0.2-0.4 acre). If you have a bigger lawn, get more batteries or cut less grass at one time. If you're looking to go green, look around. This probably isn't the best performing environment-friendly mower out there. After the first use on 5-7" grass, this thing performed as well as expected. It's not quite as powerful as a dinosaur guzzling mower, but keep in mind, it's also not a Tesla. However, it sure is quiet and easy to use. My wife called it my secret lawn mower because she could not hear it from inside the house. I could also hear my son and his friends talking as they played basketball in the driveway. This thing is extremely easy to handle. Without the batteries in, it honestly feels like my kids' old toy lawn mower. No joke. With the batteries in, it's not much heavier and I could easily push it with one hand, which means ANYONE in my family can now cut the grass. We'll see if that actually happens. Unboxing was easy and it came in two boxes, so it was in perfect condition. Assembly was a cinch and only took about 5 minutes, basically just attaching the handle bar. I wrapped the power cord around the bar a few times so it wasn't loose even though they provide clips for the cord. To start it, you must hold in the control handle (throttle), then slide over the start switch. It will not start in the opposite order. If you even slightly let go of the handle throttle, the mower turns off so just keep a firm grip and you're good. I'm just used to my gas mower that almost turns off when I let go but reengages after pulling it back in right away. No biggie. It can handle one entire suburbia lawn (0.25ish acre) on a full charge, though I would suggest cutting immediately after charging. It bogged down a little in the areas with taller grass, but pretty similarly to my gas mower (YTD 17"). I walk pretty fast when mowing, so I had to slow down to normal walking speed so the mower could keep up on most of the lawn. Perhaps the turbo mode would be good for the taller grass areas (or my speed walking mode), but probably not worth switching over from eco for the occasional taller grass. The height settings are good, but it seems to go too short on the lowest setting (1) unless you're maintaining a golf course or going on a month long vacation. I was at 5 (out of 7) and that seemed to be perfect (about 3"). Disclaimer 1: I owned a Worx trimmer/edger (same batteries) before getting this mower. Disclaimer 2: We do not own any electric vehicles or Tesla stock. While I know fossil fuels are bad for the environment, I don't think this mower is saving the world or anything. Disclaimer 3: I got this mower after doing enough reviews before donating my old mower to my brother. ... show more

  • Battery life not long enough for 1/2 acre
Size: 17" 40-Volt Style: 4.0Ah Batteries Included Pattern Name: Mower
To be fair, I should have listened to the reviews that said it could only do about 1/4 acre on a single charge. This is a fantastic mower, but boy am I kicking myself for not listening to the reviews. I have a 1/2 acre lot with approximately 10,000 square feet of grass. I just re-seeded, so I've been told to keep my grass as tall as possible to shade the roots, and mowing through the jungle of grass makes it so it takes longer to get through. This means less grass gets mowed on a single charge. I can only get about 1/4 through before I need to charge again. I did buy a second set of batteries, but still can only get through 1/2 of the yard with the 2 sets. I imagine that if I was able to walk faster and not have to trim so much, I could get through the whole yard with the 2 sets, but at this point I cannot. Still an amazing mower. The mulching capability is great, and I like that it gives more power if you're going through really thick areas. It would be the best mower ever if the battery life was just a bit longer! ... show more

  • Adorable Mower for Small Yards
Size: 14" 40-Volt Style: 4.0Ah Batteries Included Pattern Name: Mower
After living in a condo for 20+ years, I bought my first big-girl house with a yard, hooray! I knew I didn't want the hassle of a gas-powered lawnmower, and I saw this Worx model on a list of the best small battery-powered mowers. I needed to watch an online video to assemble the mower, and the two batteries took several hours to charge. But my first mow went great! I wouldn't recommend this model for larger yards as its path is so narrow that you have to make quite a few passes to mow it all. It's lightweight and easy to maneuver. I have only used the mulching option, but using the grass bag appears simple. ... show more

  • Very good for an EM (elec mower)
Size: 17" 40-Volt Style: 4.0Ah Batteries Included Pattern Name: Mower
UPDATE: 29March2023 Well I’ve had two cuts so far this spring & I’m even more impressed. Lawn was dry both times; I cut about an inch off for the first cut of the year; raised the mower up to 4” for the second cut. Cut the entire lawn (mulched) both times with a runtime of about 40 minutes on each cut & still had some juice left in the batteries (one light was on when pressing battery power meter buttons). Impressed me!! After each cut, I recharged the batteries to a full charge in about 2hrs. Pretty darn good. I was so pleased, I just ordered a worx weed wacker on the same 40V battery shared platform!! No need for more batteries or chargers. Original review: Very lightweight. Surprised it worked so well! Nice build by Worx!! Of course, very quiet & EZ to push even on my inclines & sloped yard. I have about 6,000 sq ft yard. (Total lot - sq ft of house, driveway, sidewalks). Charged batteries full, gave it a go. Had 4” of grass, wet from prior day’s rain. Even in mulch mode, it chomped thru the cut effortlessly. But… due to mulching 2” of wet grass, batteries fizzled after 20min. I didn’t have to use turbo mode. Regular eco mode worked fine. I charged batteties again & finished the job the next day. I bought the WG743 17” cut model. Anything with a smaller cut is silly. It finished up the job easily (grass was drier) and it did an amazingly even cut. For a small yard, it does the job well. Worked very good on drier grass. I didn’t try the bag; only mulched. Mulching is healthier for lawn. This was the last cut before winter so I cut 2” off to a height of 2” and it did a great job !!! ... show more
