Purchased this item in Aug 2018. Last week I noticed a tiny leak. I remember this hose came with an amazing 12 yr. warranty. I emailed the manufacturer to see about getting a replacement and crickets. I remembered I purchased it from Amazon. I found the order in history along with the seller and decided to email them with a picture of the leak. I received a response the same day and received my new hose yesterday. I wouldn't buy another hose from any other seller.

Bought this because it looked sturdy at a good price point. The hose is well made but larger diameter than normal and the material is a bit stiff. I set this up on a sprinkler system that only ran intermittently and after several months the hose still didn't want to straighten out, it had a permanent set from being coiled up in the original packaging and wasn't real fun to wrestle with at the end of the season when I went to coil it back up for storage. It kinks a little bit easier than I was hoping but still better than the average garden hose. The strain relief cover that doubles as a nice handle for turning the female hose end when attaching to the faucet is a nice touch.

These were purchased to replace a couple lesser hoses used to connect to hose reels. They appear to be heftier, and definitely have superior connectors than those they are replacing. Time will tell, but I'm betting they will out-perform the originals.

Hose was good when first purchased. Nice and light and kink free. Have used it for three years and is now totally useless. Multiple kinks throughout its length. Material has softened up to the point where the fittings do not hold. It has not lived up to anywhere near its 12 year warrantee.

The hose worked very well until today. 28 days after receiving and installing the hose it started leaking around the brass crimp sleeve, not repairable. Returned for a refund because a replacement wasn't available.
