I’m surprised at the less than 5-star reviews left (seems like the machine was having issues which is unfortunate but shouldn’t be an issue to return for a new one), however, after having this kit for about 2 weeks I’ve been nothing but pleased with my experience! This is a beginner kit… however, I enjoy having the foot pedal and being able to set my speed on the box, although the wires can be a bit of a pain. If you’re planning on tattooing real skin, from others reviews get different ink from what comes with it. The fake skins are alright but it’s 1mm thick, my first day learning I engraved my little tv dinner tray! Various needles to experiment with and get the hang of the machine. All in all, with the price of this little set up, it’s not a bad deal at all. If you’re serious about tattooing you’ll def grow out of it (maybe a different machine, different brand needles, gloves, wraps, etc etc etc) but coming from someone who has never touched a machine before… this built my confidence in enough time to take my art to my skin

Wanna have fun? Get this for Tats on the cheap. Great way to learn with artificial skin as well. I'm no artist but I like the product I've used. So many pigments to choose from as well good for an apprentice

i used it as soon as it came in the fake skin is a bit thin and the ink has to be gone over multiple times for it to be dark (or maybe i just suck with depth perception) but over all a really good product for a first timer/learner as myself

This was my first tattoo gun and it works great. I’ve only had it two months so I can’t speak to how it will age but it’s very comfortable in my hands. It doesn’t shake too bad. I will say the power supply and pedal feels cheap but they work fine. The needles that come with the machine are fine also but I did use NeedleBee cartridges for the tattoo in the picture. The ink is not good quality tho so only use the ink in the kit for fake skin not real skin cus it will fade and be spotty. Also the fake skin that comes with the kit is too thin so you’ll want to buy other fake skins that are at least 3mm thick. (ReelSkins is the best fake skin brand I’ve found)

The tattoo machine, power supply and foot pedal are all fine and function flawlessly. However, the ink is absolute garbage quality. Make no attempt to use it. Just throw it away and get you a set of something like "Mom's" or "Intenze."
