The media could not be loaded. ***Update review*** the company have sent me a new unit! For free! after hearing about my issue, it's hard to get customer service like that now days. I really appreciate Anthony reaching out to make things right. The new unit is working as expected. 5 Stars Below is my old review [Old review] Maybe I got the defective product I don't know! But in my case, I bought this 3 months back from the date of this review for my quest 2 used ita hand full of times (5-6 times), it worked perfectly fine during usage no issues what to ever. I left about 25%charge on it for a week no play time decided to charge it fully and the quest2 battery as well to play and once the quest 2 battery got low I plugged it in and notice it still was low. Luckily I have a back up pack. After playing I plugged it up to charge it and notice it was saying it's fully charged yet it didn't charge my headset. I receding no indication sayingthe battery was getting charged. So I plugged in a phone to it to check a different device and still not charging. If the company reach out and fix this issue I'd gladly change my current 2 star rating review to something much higher and provide and update. But as of now I wouldn't buy this product again given because of how shortly it lasted after light use. (Below is a pros and cons list) Pros: -comfortable and removable head padding. -adjustable head strap really grips your head -cool RGBs LEDs when charging and using it -(when it was working it last as long as advertised) -really balanced the headset 50/50 weight distribution BIGGEST Cons: -battery/ cable is defective (stopped charging the headset)

I ordered this for my son for his birthday, so I had it for a few weeks before he actually got it. By the time he got it, there was about 5 days left of the 30 return window. Unfortunately, the strap broke the day after it was no longer able to be returned. I contacted the company and they were so nice and easy to work with. They sent out a replacement and we received it within a few days. My son was so excited to get the new one and he absolutely loves it! He says it is so comfortable and the lights make it even better. Thank you so much for helping us out with this!

I'm really disappointed in the quality of this product to say the least. I had high hopes for this replacement headset because it's one of the few that DOESN'T use the strap bar on the Oculus console to secure the top strap. The little bar on my son's Oculus broke off so that basically renders any top strap useless. Right out the box it seemed great and we got it set up like the directions said. It let my son adjust the fit and he could raise the console without having to take it off. A few weeks later he said the extra battery on it to extend game play wouldn't hold it's charge anymore, and today he came to me with the pieces of the adjustment dial from the back of the headset because it just popped off. Without the dial in place the headset won't hold its size setting and thus won't stay in place on his head. This is all very disappointing because he used his own money to buy this and he's only 12 and it didn't even last 2 months. It did conveniently last just long enough to be past the return or replacement period though, so I'm sure nothing will come of this, but if so I will update my review. For now I'm going to find a different brand and design to replace this one with and I'd advise everyone else to do the same when looking for a new replacement headset. Review update: I am raising my rating from 1 star up to 4 simply on the merits for how outstanding their customer service was in helping resolve this problem. Not only did the seller respond quickly to address my concerns but they were willing to refund and replace the headset for my son. They even went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the resolution and provided a few extra bonuses to make up for the initial poor experience. If there is anything else I would purchase from them, I will feel more confident now knowing if there is a problem they will do what they can to try to make it right.

My son had been wanting a pro strap for the Oculus Quest 2 for a while. I noticed this one was pretty reasonable. I picked it up and waited a couple days for it to arrive. We did the strap to the goggles and my son tried it on. The strap for really well and balances the goggles easily. Of course I had to try it on to and with my xxl head it was close to the max setting on the strap but still fit. The from the battery to the giggles could be a little longer and possibly routed over the top strap to keep it off your ear and cheek. This is a small item but just a little feedback. It adds a lot of play time to the Oculus. The only other thing that was a little difficult was installing the grips on the controllers. I really like the straps for the back of your hand vs the wrist straps. Overall it's a great unit and with the overcharge protection it's even better.

My 14 year old son recently received the Oculus Quest 2 and needed a head strap. My son is prone to headaches so after doing some research I found this very durable, affordable head strap that is also very nicely padded ~ making it very comfortable. Super bright and fun, colorful lighting that the kids absolutely love! As for the controller grip covers; they are an absolute must in my house. Providing much needed protection. Ohh, I can't forget about the built in battery. no more worries that it will shut off during a game or movie. I definitely recommend this accessory. Well worth the money.

This thing is amazing. My son says that the head piece is more comfortable now then it was with just the strap. The lights are unnecessary, but they're neat and he likes them. It's easy to charge, fairly quick to charge. Easy to plug into the oculus when needed. No need to undo the whole thing when you're not using it, just have to unplug it. We just plug the oculus and the battery pack up, both, at night and let me charge. And we're good to go the next day.
