This replaced an oak bookshelf, I do not like things out in the open. Less to dust and no clutter. I bought this with the intentions of putting everything from my book shelf in it. I did and I did get rid of some things that have been sitting for years not used. These fit my life time of photo albums. My tallest album is 14inches, fit with room to spare above. I saw a couple of other cabinet just like this and people complained the shelves did not adjust. This one has 6 holes for adjustment and I was able to fit the tallest photo album with room to spare, see picture of inside. The doors are slow closing, love and the handles and legs are a gold but not the gold from years ago, I am not a fan of gold but this is a pretty gold. My light switch and door handle to the room are brushed nickel. So since I have black in the room I bought a flower picture with white black and gold in it and I am going to hang it above this cabinet. This picture will tie all my colors together. No problem putting together. I still have to adjust one hinge and I could not get the screws completely in for the handles, I do not know if it was because I was getting tired. When it is empty and you open both doors it does want to tilt/fall front wards. They did give something to attach to the wall so this does not happen. Once I put my photo albums on the bottom shelf as far as they can go my cabinet did not tilt. ... show more

Not the most quality material but for sure looks nice and is great value for the money. Needs assembly and adjusting the door to close properly and align right is the hardest part. All in all I’m very happy with it

Beautiful cabinet. Simple but elegant. Has a stinky odor everyone complained about. They’re not super even when placed next to each other. Definitely tips over when nothing is on the table due to the door weight. Maybe the leg style doesn’t proportionate the weight of the door making it tip over.

I don’t normally write reviews, so this is how you know it was better than expected. The front doors are actually SOLID wood, the rest is the traditional particle board stuff but not bad quality. (This is what I expected the whole thing to be made of.) The gold handles/feet aren’t too brassy. The door hinges are fantastic! You can adjust the doors in every direction and they are soft close. Middle shelf is also adjustable. Hate that there is a shipping cost but understand since it’s a heavier object, plus I waited for a coupon that basically covered shipping. ... show more

We’ve had these cabinets for about a months now. They are beautiful and pretty sturdy and supply some much-needed storage, but I’m considering returning them because the off-gassing smell is so, so strong and smells awful, very chemical. I wanted to try letting them sit around for a while hoping it would go away but it just hasn’t. Super disappointing since these looks great and fit our space perfectly. Such a bummer. The media could not be loaded. These provide a luxury look without the luxury price. Cost is very reasonable for value. I purchased three pieces. I even left the back piece off of one so I would be able to put my printer in the cabinet. Adjusting the doors may take some time but it was pretty simple once you get the hang of it. ... show more
