Box damaged with one end totally open. Brackets missing so cannot assemble the swing. When going on to request issue to be resolved I have to wait two days for even a reply. I waited weeks for the swing already. And we have a party this weekend for our grandsons bday so guess we won't have his gift ready.

We purchased this play set for our children because we have a smaller back yard that won't fit a large play set. I was concerned at first that it wouldn't keep them occupied for long but I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of fun my kids have had on this one! They swing, slide, and climb for hours! They run around and play but are always coming back to their swing set, they absolutely love it! I have been able to get gardening and yard work done while they are occupied on their own with this! I am also very happy to report that this set was not very hard to put together and is very sturdy! It doesn't tip or lean or make any concerning sounds! I feel that my children are safe and happy while playing outdoors! I definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a fun outdoor play area!

This outdoor playground is great with the climbing rope and I love that it has angled stairs and a wavy slide. My granddaughter loves to swing to it has everything that is fun to do. This wooden swing set has ground anchorsand handles that are non-slip.The steel brackets are also very nice as it helps with the stability. The wooden part is also very sturdy. It's very easy to assemble and I love the way it looks in my back yard. The neighbor kids love it also. They play on this for hours. I like the fact that there is a 1-year warranty also.
