Very impressed with this clock! The clock is made from a hefty glass with a crystal clear image layer underneath. The time hands it ships with are a beautiful black, but if that’s not your style you can switch them out to the chrome set by following the instructions in the manual. The movement of the time hands are 100% silent with a satisfying continuous sweep, just throw in a AA battery and your good to go.… no audible ticking noise to keep you up in a silent room. It’s a beautiful clock. I love the way it looks on my wall. It really is a wonderful design. It also comes with white hands, if you want to change them out. I like the black ones that comes on the clock.
