Looks so high end, substantially weighted. Beautiful brass coloring. Best part no hard wiring needed. However, note that in order to charge you must take the whole light off the wall to plug it in. With the clip that you attach to the wall it is easy enough to take the light on and off the wall, but there are other lights that only the light bar itself comes off to charge which seems a lot easier. The space above my paintings looked so bleh. I saw someone on Pinterest who had a very similar rechargeable painting light and I knew right away that’s what my space needed. I love the style, the color, the light color, and the ambiance it gives. It doesn’t look cheap either, which kept me from buying other styles from other companies. Charging takes some time, around 4 hrs. But the light lasts quite a long time. I don’t have it on all the time, only when I’m in the mood or guests come over in the evening. While off, the style and beauty of these are absolutely ideal. They can be adjusted in so many angles and ways that they certainly meet all requirements for pointing the light for any preference. Absolutely gorgeous, as long as you never turn them on. These lights are so stinking bright that they could light up a superstore. Would make great parking lights. But the worst part, they can’t be dimmed. Not even a smidge. So the brightness is a bit abrasive (as seen in photos)—day or night. Further, the color of the light is a little cold for making a home feel cozy. I would consider these lights on the blue white ugly LED Christmas light side rather than the warm but not yellow light. Coloring more suited to X-rays, atomic testing, camera flashes, or headlamps. Unless you want the full lumens of the sun100 percent of the time, pass on these. ... show more

I really like the appearance of this light, but it has one major flaw. The light bar doesn't stay straight on its own. If I don't position it in a very specific way, the light bar ends up being crooked. So, I find myself constantly adjusting it to get it to sit straight. I used this to light the art over my bed and to provide a reading light at night. It worked well, is bright, and the fixture looks very nice. My only complaints are that it did not work with a dimmer switch and the light was a little too close to daylight for my tastes so it feels like the bed is a terrarium (I prefer a soft white for the bedroom).
