The screen was glitchy the second we turned it on. It worked about a day or two. Feels cheap, if you don’t have a direct line of sight it actually doesn’t work AT ALL! I wish a company would actually put out a geo fence/ tracking collar that actually did what they claimed or even worked its CRAZY!!!

I bought this to help with my puppy. She's a goldendoodle and she's gotten lost 3 times and thank God i found her each time. Well I tried the apple tags and the tile tags which only work if your close to them through Bluetooth. This works and let's you know how far away she actually is every second she's outside. Plus with the vibrating collar as soon as she feels that she runs right back up to the front door. Only wish I wouldn't have wasted money on the other things that don't work.

Updating based on the service I got from PETHEY, once Amazon referred me to them. PETHEY processed a refund because their product did not work for my situation. I was only out the cost of shipping back. If you purchase this product, test it immediately, to ensure you can get the necessary support from Amazon if you have issues as I did. I found that the signal kept getting disrupted if there was anything in the way of the collar and the central device. When I set up the main unit in my house, I could not take the collar 50 feet from the unit without the signal being disrupted and therefore not working at all. This may work on a flat piece of property with only one building, but I have a couple of buildings and some rocky terrain and it did not work for me. **Original Review** This product does not work as described at all. I have an acre piece of property and so I thought this would be the perfect setup! When I went to set it up I couldn't even get the collar to maintain a signal for 50 feet! It would lose signal every time the collar was taken around the corner of the garage. I tried it in multiple locations and various buildings in my space and it did not work. If you do purchase this product make sure you test it right away - the support window is very short.

We searched for a while to find a system that would allow coverage for only 50-75 feet and have a collar that would fit our smaller dog. This system works perfectly for our smaller yard, our dogs adapted to it very quickly and we were able to purchase an additional collar when we adopted our second dog. We spend a lot of time outside and this has been wonderful to have, allowing the dogs freedom of not being on a leash while in the yard. There are many levels of adjustment on the collar to fit both large and small dogs and the battery on the collar lasts a good week!

Beware!!! We couldn’t get this product to work around our trampoline. It only would go out 60 yards and quit. Didn’t even bother with trying a new one. The company wasn’t much help on how to fix the issue. The idea of having the training and boundaries together is a good idea. I wouldn’t by this product again.
