Transmitter (base station) and Receiver (collar) were unable to maintain in communication. The Transmitter would register "No Signal" while the Receiver was well within the Fence distance. Inadequate signal strength rendered the product ineffective.

We searched for a while to find a system that would allow coverage for only 50-75 feet and have a collar that would fit our smaller dog. This system works perfectly for our smaller yard, our dogs adapted to it very quickly and we were able to purchase an additional collar when we adopted our second dog. We spend a lot of time outside and this has been wonderful to have, allowing the dogs freedom of not being on a leash while in the yard. There are many levels of adjustment on the collar to fit both large and small dogs and the battery on the collar lasts a good week!

Nearly impossible to understand the programming. I spent way more on this than I ever should have and it was a waste of my time and money, researching it. I am disgusted that I spent so much on a product that I can't program or use.

This is working great for my puppies but the contacts come off easily and I have not found replacements. They don’t need the extra long ones but I am stuck using them as I have no more small one. Please help.

The screen was glitchy the second we turned it on. It worked about a day or two. Feels cheap, if you don’t have a direct line of sight it actually doesn’t work AT ALL! I wish a company would actually put out a geo fence/ tracking collar that actually did what they claimed or even worked its CRAZY!!!

This was so easy to set up. Training was easy but I am sure that will depend on the dog. Battery life is good. Only draw back is I have a long narrow yard wish it could do something other than circle. I have only used tone sound as my dog is a German Shepherd and trains easy. I have lost one connector. And do not know how to order just it so be sure to check them regularly. My dog also loves swimming and there is a creek in yard so super glad receiver is water proof just wish transmitter was also. Would buy again.

Updating based on the service I got from PETHEY, once Amazon referred me to them. PETHEY processed a refund because their product did not work for my situation. I was only out the cost of shipping back. If you purchase this product, test it immediately, to ensure you can get the necessary support from Amazon if you have issues as I did. I found that the signal kept getting disrupted if there was anything in the way of the collar and the central device. When I set up the main unit in my house, I could not take the collar 50 feet from the unit without the signal being disrupted and therefore not working at all. This may work on a flat piece of property with only one building, but I have a couple of buildings and some rocky terrain and it did not work for me. **Original Review** This product does not work as described at all. I have an acre piece of property and so I thought this would be the perfect setup! When I went to set it up I couldn't even get the collar to maintain a signal for 50 feet! It would lose signal every time the collar was taken around the corner of the garage. I tried it in multiple locations and various buildings in my space and it did not work. If you do purchase this product make sure you test it right away - the support window is very short.
