I have a Dalmatian who refuses to stay in my fenced in yard, so this was my next option to try and secure her while still giving her the freedom to get the zoomies out. The collar is a strong nylon, and fits my dog well. The remote is pretty great, especially the flashlight function, and the display lights up. Both the collar and remote are rechargeable. While my ridiculous dog ignores both the beep and the shock, I think it would work well for dogs who aren't psycho & who aren't insistent on frolicking with the neighborhood deer. As it stands, this one didn't work for my particular dog.

The collar worked as it was supposed to, however, I have one very stubborn long haired German Sheppard and it did not work well for her. I had to part her hair and put the collar on a little tighter than I would have liked to so that the prongs made contact with her skin. If I did not the collar did not really work.

The media could not be loaded. As an owner of four beautiful rescue dogs, just like children, I know they often get into mishaps and misbehave. With all my training, my dogs sometimes need extra discipline, so I got the Htcuto Dog Collar. I ordered this mainly for my pitbull since she tends to chew my shoes and horseplay with my other dogs. I've never owned one, nor did I think I would ever need one, but it has been a game-changer. First, the collar seems well-made, with a strong nylon band, a sturdy plastic buckle, a durable receiver with an LED light, and two metal prongs that protrude from the receiver. The remote is also well-crafted with an excellent illuminated display, a handy flashlight, and responsive button controls. The collar and remote are both rechargeable, which is a plus, and the charge lasts a very long time with moderate use. The kit also comes with a lanyard that can be attached to the remote and smaller prongs that can be replaced on the receiver for smaller dogs. The remote can be paired with multiple collars simultaneously, which is a nice feature. Alongside, there are different levels of vibration and shock, but fortunately, the vibration feature has been effective on a low level for a 60-pound dog. After a few weeks of use, the collar works very well; in fact, it is almost too well that I haven't had to use the shock feature, which is a relief. Although there is this sad look on my dog's face when I beep at her, I comfort her and tell her not to do that again. The only flaw that I noticed while using the collar is that when you power it up for the first time, it beeps to let you know it is on, as well as the remote, and my dog responds thinking that she is being punished, so make sure you turn them on when you are not in front of your dog. Overall, the Htcuto Dog Collar has proven to be an effective tool for managing my dogs' behavior, providing both durability and functionality. The collar's sturdy construction, including a strong nylon band and durable receiver, instills confidence in its reliability. The rechargeable feature for both the collar and remote adds convenience, and the long-lasting battery ensures extended use without frequent recharging. Furthermore, the remote's illuminated display, handy flashlight, and responsive button controls enhance usability, making it easy to operate even in low-light conditions. The ability to pair with multiple collars simultaneously adds versatility to the product. Despite the minor drawback of the power-up beep, the Htcuto Dog Collar remains an effective training tool. It provides pet owners with a reliable means of managing their dogs' behavior while promoting safety and well-being. Highly Recommended! A+
