I have used it only today. I will update at a later time if needed. They work as I expected. I bought an extra receiver collar as I have 3 dogs not 2. It did take me a while to pair the third collar because the instructions state “press and hold MODE butting” it should be CHANNEL button. And once today one collar shut off and I had to hold the button until it turned back on. The two older dogs who have had training collars . They hear the beep and feel the buzz and came back right away. The new one is learning. I like how it won’t alert when they are in garage. I don’t like that the controller is large and no place to tie anything to for it to hang around my neck or wrist so I don’t accidentally press a button and upset my dogs, when it’s in my pocket. The black digital screen did try to come up as I removed plastic protection sticker. It did go back down to adhere. I only hope it continues to adhere. ... show more

Update: I want to update my rating for this company to a 5 STAR Review due to the fact that they reached out to me with great customer service. Not a lot of company’s reach out to their customers but HEELXN did and I do appreciate that!! They arranged to issue a full refund for my order directly due to the issues I was having. Not only did that do that for me BUT they also mentioned no need to return the whole unit back to them so that also saves me time and money driving to a UPS Store!! Another reason I changed my rating was that they offered me an Amazon gift card as compensation! We finally got our own backyard for our dogs to run around and play so we don’t need this type of unit at this very moment but If I needed to get another wireless fencing or If I had to recommend a company to a friend for a wireless dog fence… this would be my go to company due to the amazing customer service I was given. This company went above and beyond to make me a happy customer and in the end this was a grate experience although my unit might’ve came defective… I definitely understand that sometimes these issues can happen and technology isn’t always perfect on each individual product… :) I am one happy customer!! ________________________________ We bought for two of our big dogs that kept getting out of the backyard fence when we went to work. The collars kept dogs in the fence but the dogs would ball up in one spot in our backyard majority of the day and would rarely leave from that area unless they were thirsty, hungry or we were home. We had set up cameras to see how dogs were doing with the collars on. We tested both collars for a good couple hrs before actually placing them on the dogs the first couple days but seemed dogs weren’t enjoying themselves and were more scared to move around the yard then to just be dogs and enjoy themselves. My advise is to test them out in your yard for a couple days before just trying them out on your pets. Set some sticks up or markings so you and pets know where boundaries are set for the invisible fence. We’ve had them for about a good 10 months now and we probably used them for a good 3-4 months but don’t use them anymore because of the experience of sensitivity shocks the dogs were having. Sounds would be going off whether or not they were walking or chilling. Maybe we had a defective set from the start… idk but at this point I’m feeling like it was more of a waste in money instead of a help. ... show more

This product worked well for me for a few months, then did not charge. I contacted their customer service and immediately was presented with a solution of a replacement system. Will update with good news once I receive the new set and it works like it originally did!

This product is great because it serves two purposes, one for creating boundaries and the other for helping to reinforce training! Had some questions and had to deal with the seller and they could not have been more kind pleasant and prompt! Highly recommend!

This is the best, most versatile boundary system. Our dog quickly caught on, in a matter of days! We thought we were going to have to put up a fence, thank God, we now don't have to. Our dog also learned to not chase the cats with this system also being a training system. And their customer service is to notch! Quickly answering out questions and resolving our issues!     • My dogs may need therapy after using this thing!

Nice design and fairly easy to operate. However, it randomly alerts the collars for no reason including sound, vibrate and shock. My dogs are so afraid to leave my side I can barely walk without tripping over them. Sometimes it just starts shocking the h*ll out of them fo no reason so I'm scrambling to get the collars off of them while them while they are jerking around from the shocking (it does not stop in a few seconds as described). You can't just turn the transmitter off because that immediately causes the collars to beep, vibrate and shock my dogs. My dogs are so freaked out now I may never get them trained with any containment system. They may need psychological help after this! I took a chance that I had a defective unit and requested a replacement which Amazon sent out right away. It worked no better than the first one so I concluded these systems are plagued with those problems. The Amazon support agent I spoke with was already aware of the random shocking problem. The second unit is on it's way back for a refund. Sad, I really needed it to work to keep my dogs out of the road. In a way it did that because they are terrified to leave my side... Also none of the charging port covers will stay in the ports and the mylar decal covering the on/off switch is paper thin and peels off with no effort at all. Oh, and I could never get the max range over 200 feet even with no obstructions. It claims an 800 ft max range. Not sure how this thing gets such a high rating... ... show more
