Update: I want to update my rating for this company to a 5 STAR Review due to the fact that they reached out to me with great customer service. Not a lot of company’s reach out to their customers but HEELXN did and I do appreciate that!! They arranged to issue a full refund for my order directly due to the issues I was having. Not only did that do that for me BUT they also mentioned no need to return the whole unit back to them so that also saves me time and money driving to a UPS Store!! Another reason I changed my rating was that they offered me an Amazon gift card as compensation! We finally got our own backyard for our dogs to run around and play so we don’t need this type of unit at this very moment but If I needed to get another wireless fencing or If I had to recommend a company to a friend for a wireless dog fence… this would be my go to company due to the amazing customer service I was given. This company went above and beyond to make me a happy customer and in the end this was a grate experience although my unit might’ve came defective… I definitely understand that sometimes these issues can happen and technology isn’t always perfect on each individual product… :) I am one happy customer!! ________________________________ We bought for two of our big dogs that kept getting out of the backyard fence when we went to work. The collars kept dogs in the fence but the dogs would ball up in one spot in our backyard majority of the day and would rarely leave from that area unless they were thirsty, hungry or we were home. We had set up cameras to see how dogs were doing with the collars on. We tested both collars for a good couple hrs before actually placing them on the dogs the first couple days but seemed dogs weren’t enjoying themselves and were more scared to move around the yard then to just be dogs and enjoy themselves. My advise is to test them out in your yard for a couple days before just trying them out on your pets. Set some sticks up or markings so you and pets know where boundaries are set for the invisible fence. We’ve had them for about a good 10 months now and we probably used them for a good 3-4 months but don’t use them anymore because of the experience of sensitivity shocks the dogs were having. Sounds would be going off whether or not they were walking or chilling. Maybe we had a defective set from the start… idk but at this point I’m feeling like it was more of a waste in money instead of a help.

Updated to reflect a one star rating. One of my collars stopped working. It would randomly start beeping and now just won’t charge at all. I was told I had a warranty on these collars and the system but I have sent countless emails only to be ignored. I should have just bought a petsafe system and bypassed this. There’s a reason it’s so cheap compared to others. Sure it works if you can get it to last longer than a few months. It annoys me the most that I was promised an extended warranty for “registering” my system by emailing them, only for them to be MIA when I need to replace a collar. Will not be purchasing again. I was very impressed with the customer service for this system. Almost immediately after I emailed the company they had replied and addressed every question I had. I purchased 2 collars along with an extra collar, and the pairing was seamless. I also appreciate the extended warranty! In a world where a lot of times customer service is lacking, I was very happy with them. We live on a farm and this allows me to let the dogs hang out outside without worrying about them chasing cows, or wandering too far. Everything works perfectly and my dogs got the hang of how it works really quickly.

I have a new puppy. I use the collar sparingly on the puppy and only on vibrate. The puppy loves to attack and pull my older dogs ears. It is very hard to get the puppy's attention to stop. With the collar on vibrate I'm able to get immediate attention to stop the attack and give my old guy relief from the puppy's relentless attacks. I have not used the fence mode yet, but I have taken the collar around my yard to test the coverage. The signal to the collars does not pass through walls well. I found that if you place the remote controller on a window sill the coverage is improved. With this unit you have to choose coverage in the front of the house or back of the house, not all around the house. This works for me. I am going to continue to test to find the best settings and location on my property. For the money any the ease of operation, I feel that Bhcey Wireless Dog Fence is a good buy. I did have a wired electric fence worked, but was very hard to install. Once installed, every spring time I was challenged to find the breaks in the wire caused by the frozen ground. I think the pet owners and the pets need to be trained in it operation. I think that this dog fence is a very good addition to our home, is most affordable, and would recommend buying. Jb

We bought this product for our outside pup who lives in our heated garage but can come and go on our 30 acres as she pleases. The range of the product is what made me finally decide to purchase this item however, the walls of our garage and our house prohibit the signal from reaching her collar. We tried the transmitter in several locations around our garage so she could be in the garage and roam our yard outside but when she was outside the garage with the transmitter inside, the collar would go off just 30 yards from the garage. It's supposed to go a length of several hundred yards. I contacted the company to let them know we are having issues with our house and our garage structures blocking the signal. I sent them a Google maps picture of our property where we were having issues and they said unfortunately that yes, the walls would block the signal. One of our other dogs got the collar off of her and chewed it up and the company actually sent me a brand new set at no cost period even though it was at the fault of our other pup. Although the product doesn't work how it needs to for our purposes, the customer service was absolutely fantastic and completely responsive and a good time frame. The remote feature on this device works 100% perfect. Again, the wireless fence does not as the signal gets interrupted by walls. After using this product for several weeks, the transmitter malfunctioned two nights ago. It showed completely charged as I had charged it for several hours. I unplugged it from the charger and it went dead and it showed one bar of battery. It began making the caller shock our pup. We got ahold of her and got the collar off of her. The transmitter would not come on after several attempts. Finally it did and I plugged it in again and it looked like it was charging. I don't know why it malfunctioned but I'm just glad we were home when it did so we could get the collar off our pup. Asking company for a refund.

This wireless fence works really great. I have way too much yard for it, so that's my only complaint, it would be nice if it worked a larger range. I also have extra large dogs, so it feels pretty restrictive to them. But, there's no worry if they are going to take a walk down the road or inspect the neighbors property. It's been very nice to have.

I love this product. This is the 2nd set. I upgraded to the newer model this year. I have the parameter set perfectly for my yard so my doggies don't disturb the neighbors. When I did have an issue, I was able to contact customer support (its listed on the instructions that come with the kit) and I had a reply within 12 hours with a solution to my issue. They were fast, polite and very helpful. I will continue to use this product because its user friendly. I can set it to manual if I'm only letting one dog out or I can set it to perimeter if I'm letting my whole crew of pups out. Just the beep alone has taught them to stay inside our yard. Definitely recommend. And if you do have an issue.. reach out to customer support! They are great and will help!

The fence is faulty. I don't know if it's the signal from the collars or what, but the range is not consistent. I walked the boundary with the collar and testing tool and thought I had a good idea of where it was. When I took my first dog out on it, it alarmed later than it should have and my dog got shocked, despite having ran back in where the boundary should have been by a good 10 ft. I thought maybe the collar wasn't tight enough and didn't alarm until he turned a certain way and the electrodes contacted his neck. So I tightened it and tried again. After getting my second dog familiar to the boundary, I let them on their own. It isn't their first electric fence so they know the concept. My female husky was a good 15ft from where the boundary should have been and it randomly went off. Because she was standing next to me when it happened, she didn't want to come back near me for the next 20mins. We then had to take the collar off and make her okay with coming away from the front door where she deemed herself safe. This fence caused confusion and fear for no apparent reason. Whether is was a signal issue or general malfunction in the equipment, I can't trust it and I unfortunately waited too long to try it and now I cant return it.
