Vehicle: 2023 Mazda CX-5 (Non-Touch Screen) Pros: 1. The product packaging is great. Once plugged in and loaded, the interface is beautiful. I love the fact that the user interface is customizable. It gives you the opportunity to personalize and tailor your experience. You can also add the most desired/used apps directly to the product Home Screen for ease of access. 2. You have four interface options. - 1. The Product User Interface - 2. Apple Car Play - 3. Android Car Play - 4. Your vehicle factory entertainment 3. Apple CarPlay worked great. I had no issues with this feature at all. Everything worked well and as expected with Apple Car Play. 4. Customer Service is fantastic. Very responsive. There appears to be a time difference, but they will respond within the same day and very thoroughly address any concerns. Cons: The only downside I observed is that I was not able to utilize the product to its fullest capacity. What I mean is that I was unable to actually use any of the STREAMING apps such as Netflix, Youtube, Disney +, etc. Once inside these apps, I was not able to navigate within them to enter login credentials or enter search criteria. The reason being is that my vehicle is not touch screen capable. I was not able to input any information or properly access any fields within the apps with my car's physical media controls. It appears you will need a touch screen vehicle, or a vehicle with a trackpad to access all the product features and capabilities. That is fine and understandable because many similar streaming products from competitors also do not work with non-touch screen vehicles. One competitor sells a separate remote for non-touch screen vehicles in order to navigate and make selections within the streaming apps. This limits my usage of the device to Apple Car Play, Android Car Play, and a few of the apps that don't require touch screen. Customer Service was very responsive and understanding of the situation and offered to rectify things immediately. Although I am unable to utilize the device to its fullest to video stream, I can still enjoy Apple Car Play and the product interface. Those features work as expected. And because customer service has been so prompt, responsive and offered a good faith solution for the limitation, I am giving a 5 star.

The media could not be loaded. Watch my video. If you have a touch screen it might work for you. If you have the mmi that uses the touch pad, it’s absolute shite. If I was able to use the dial and the click to select characters and letters etc, it would be better but using that touchpad is shite, for me to scroll I had to hard press the touch pad and hold and slide up or down. This video is me sitting still, my wife was trying to operate the thing and couldn’t because she would unintentionally hit random characters because of the vibrations of driving. So I created a hot spot, connected my phone and the AI box to it and was able to smart cast to the box and use my phone as a remote if you will. So I would suggest downloading the apps you want via Google Play and not APx or APr or whatever that thing is and then smart cast to it. That AP whatever would download an app but would’nt show it in the Home Screen, wouldn’t launch in that app screen either even though the option was there. But GooglePlay worked, I download the apps and it showed. 🤷🏾♂️

This is by far the best carplay system I have ever used. I have a 2021 Ford F150 Platium with a 12 inch screen. This system makes you feel like you are watching a big screen TV on your car. The clarity of video plays are excellent, and wireless casting is easy as clear. You can download any apps you want and they work flawlessly. I have downloaded every TV app I have in my house on this unit. It also has slots for a SIM card for data and a TF card for storage. It's a must have when you are traveling with your family. The customer service for this unit is also the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They respond within 24 hrs and provide clear detail guidance to any questions you may have. I would highly recommend this carplay system as the best on the market.

Awesome product!!! I do not have to worry about connecting cables to get CarPlay. Everything is via Bluetooth. I’m a freak inside my car and like to have everything neat and in order. This piece is so small so it is not taking space in my dashboard or console spaces. My passengers have the luxury to enjoy watching YouTube or even Netflix shows while I drive them around. I highly recommend this product. Great gadget .

The media could not be loaded. The unit is compact enough to be plugged in for use in the center console. The response time from ignition to actual CarPlay is phenomenon, and what I liked about the most is the wireless CarPlay feature. You can literally set up Bluetooth connection and it will direct you to set up the wireless CarPlay functions and you’ll be up and running in no time.! The phone call and The music quality are impeccable, just like the original CarPlay feature that is wired with the vehicle speaker. I have been streaming podcast while I’m driving, and I’m driving long hours every day, and so far it has been great, without any issues.
