Just installed this system in my truck. They provide long enough power cable to actually hide the wiring but I chose the easy route. The screen adjusts the brightness really well. Car Play automatically connects to my phone when I start it up. The rear camera wire appears to be long enough to get to the back of the truck. The only downside so far? I can’t seem to connect two phones to it at once, so my wife can use it when she drives. The system is worth buying just to see Google Maps on a larger screen. It has a few mounting options as well.

For a dash cam / in car audio system it's great. I love the quality of the video capture for the dash cams and the sound on fm transmiter is superb ( I couldn't get the aux to work right for my car, kept getting lots of static interference for some reason). Pros- on fm transmiter it's great sound quality with no lag and don't seem to get any interference or bleed over from other stations or transmitters on the road - the wide angle dash cams give a wide field of view that can see into about 90% of ur blind spots. - the camera quality is great on both the screen of the device and actually translates the same quality to ur desktop to view the videos. - there seems to be little to no lag going into the different apps and settings within Android auto or in and out of it and is a very clean and tidy UI Cons- the mount is my biggest, it's obvious that it is a cheaper made mount cause when it gets hot in the car it has trouble holding the device in place for either side to side or vertical and will come loose at times or fall over, the locking lugs inside the mount and the locking lever could be made better. - granted they do give u 2 different mount for different mounting options but the adhesive like normal is sub par and weak and also don't hold up too heat well. -the screen can be hard to see during the day with glare and wish it had so way to cut down on it, also the auto dimming feature in my mind doesn't dim down all the way at night so I have to turn off the auto dimming and do it myself before I drive but other than that works great with low light situations. Other than the pros and cons of this item id still recommend this to anyone that wants to upgrade their older vehicle with a newer option and provide a bit of a safety net for themselves with how people are today and not sacrifice features of their car or just want to add a gps function to their car. It's a really great multi use device on its own I just recommend if u have the knowledge or are willing to I'd say go find a different mount to use with this device cause the cheaper ones can't hold the weight of it since it is on the heavier side.

Would be 5 stars but this device won’t let you download apps like YouTube also if you screen mirror it only lets you play audio off of the device even if I plug in aux cord it won’t recognize it and still plays only off device it’s weird and a simple task but device doesn’t work that way. You can use Apple AirPlay but device will not play YouTube video only audio and show only title of video. I thought for this price it would be able to do all task and let you install apps play audio through Bluetooth connected devices aka my car and while screen mirror but I repeat it does not allow this.3/5 stars

I had to return the first unit because it wouldn't power on with the supplied car cord but that same cord would charge a phone, very curious. The replacement cord worked fine on the original screen. The cord for the rear camera is none too long, I ran it by the most direct route in my Silveraldo extended cab with a standard length bed and there was maybe two feet of cord left, so be aware of that. The front camera image has a pronounced fisheye effect for things that are fairly close due to the wide-angle lens but when driving it isn't that noticeable and the rear camera is distortion-free. I can't speak to the supplied mounts because I made my own custom mount from metal, although the long windshield mount looks like it would be very unsteady. Android Auto seems to work great, and SiriusXM plays from my phone to the screen to my stereo by Bluetooth just fine. I wish the screen resolution was sharper than it is, but it's really not bad either. I am mostly happy with this device except that when I put on my polarized sunglasses the screen is almost black because it is polarized as well. This is proved by tilting your head and the screen lightens up a lot, but this is no solution. I want to keep the device after all the work of installing it but this is a real problem.

These devices are generally all good. Where they fall down is on the FM transmitter. It's hard to find one with a clear stereo signal that doesn't jam out neighboring stations. This device is the best for FM I've tried. It costs a little more but it's definitely worth it. The user interface is one of the best I've seen too.
