I didn't realize how bad I needed a new chair! The chair parts came neatly and well packaged. I used the video thru the QR code to put it together. It does have spare screws. It took me about 40-45 mins. Could have been less but I was doing other stuff in between and I took my time to make sure I did it correctly. Wasn't hard at all. The seat is thick and firm, which I like. The thickest part is about 4 inches. My old chair was flat as a pancake! So this is comfy! The wheels move around smoothly, and it goes up and down with no issues. The arm rests are great. They have some cushion and I love that they raise up. I work 4 10hr days, so we'll see how it holds up. It's a great looking, sturdy, and comfy chair for the price.

The chair is bigger than I anticipated. The seat is comfortable and the mesh back is supportive. The attachment of the seat's back to the seat's bottom is not a one person job to do efficiently. Warning, leave the arms attachment on the seat back attached loosely to allow the seat to be attached to the arms. Do not forget to use the washers when attaching the arms to the underside of the chairs seat. Damage to the plastic arm attachment could occur. The chair base is different but saves space in shipment. It's not one piece but 5 legs bolted to a star shaped base. It was easy to put together though. After putting it all together it was comfortable and the controls worked as described. I only dinged it 1 star because of the problems I had fitting the back/arm assembly to the seat bottom.

This is a great chair that is produced remarkably well. Every part fits together well and instructions are very detailed on a printed sheet in perfect English (print size is actually legible!) Took me less than 30 minutes to put together. There is lumbar support that can be adjusted in 4 settings and the arms can be folded up if that's how you prefer it, or to move the chair under your desk. Comfortable cushion and good back height and tension. The legs are made of metal with an ingenious connector. Five stars all around!

When I was assembling the chair together, I came across a female screw that what defective. One of the screws was not going in, I still force it. It kinda made my hand hurt and the caused damage to the tool provided. If it wasn’t for my perseverance I would of have returned the product.

Is the chair pretty? Yes. Was it easy to assemble? Yes. And for that... I will award it one star. The seat tilts down at a very slight angle and the chair does NOT tilt back at all, so I sit very straight. It's not comfortable. And YES... I've taken it apart and put it back together, but it's just broken/faulty from the beginning. The seat cushion was soft for about a week. I've had this chair for a few months and now the seat is flat and hard. The chair back SUCKS. The "lumbar support" isn't padded so it's a plastic rectangle that's pushed against my back and it does not provide any support. I regret buying it and it's too late to get a refund. Spend a little bit more money for a good chair. Anyone has recommendations?
