Very attractive unit. We combined it with a small wine cabinet and covered both with a natural wood countertop.

Item Defective After a Month
Size: 15"Wine Cooler-28 Bottle
I purchased this wine fridge with high hopes, drawn in by its sleek design and the promise of optimal temperature control for my wine collection. Initially, I was pleased with its performance. The setup was straightforward, and it ran quietly, fitting seamlessly into my space. However, my satisfaction was short-lived. Less than a month and a half after purchase, the fridge abruptly stopped working. Despite following all manufacturer guidelines for installation and maintenance, it completely ceased cooling, putting my wine at risk. I contacted customer support for assistance, but the process has been less than satisfactory so far, with slow response times and no immediate resolution. I am currently awaiting a repair or replacement, which has been frustratingly slow to arrange. Pros: - Attractive design - Easy setup - Initially operated quietly and efficiently Cons: - Failed far too soon for a product in this price range - Customer service has been slow to respond and resolve the issue In conclusion, while the fridge seemed to offer great value initially, the early failure and subsequent challenges with customer support have been major drawbacks. I would hesitate to recommend this product based on my experience. Potential buyers might consider looking for more reliable alternatives with better customer service backing. **Update on Wine Fridge Issue** Since my initial review, there has been a significant development in resolving the problems I experienced with my wine fridge. After a challenging start with customer service, the manufacturer’s team finally reached out to me directly. I was impressed with how professionally they handled the situation once they became aware of my case. It turns out that the main issue was not with the manufacturer but rather with Amazon's facilitation of communication between myself and the manufacturer. Once the manufacturer was directly involved, they were quick to assess the situation and offered a replacement unit, which has been working flawlessly so far. **Updated Pros:** - Responsive and professional service from the manufacturer once contacted directly - Efficient resolution to the problem with a replacement unit **Updated Cons:** - Initial delays and communication barriers facilitated by Amazon made the process more frustrating than necessary **Final Thoughts:** My experience highlights the importance of direct communication between the manufacturer and the customer. While the initial failure of the fridge was disappointing, the professional response from the manufacturer once they were involved restored my faith in their dedication to customer satisfaction. Future buyers might consider purchasing directly from the manufacturer or ensuring a clear line of communication can be established in case of issues.

Product arrived damaged. Box very beat up. Door dented and one foot missing. Amazon was unable to help outside of a refund. They got me a link to the manufacturer and they have been more than excellent in their customer service. Responded quickly and offered multiple solutions. Very impressed with COLOZO.

I had an issue with it at first, and customer service was great to deal with.
Size: 24"Beverage Refrigerator-190 Cans
It wasn't keeping the temperature steady after the door was opened for a few seconds and customer service was able to provide suggestions to help us resolve the issue and they gave us a 50% refund. They were very responsive and good to deal with.

Product support
Size: 15"Wine Cooler-28 Bottle
The 15” wine cooler I had ordered was delivered on time but with some minor scratches on the side probably from the shipping. I called Colozo customer service and was very impressed with their quick response to resolve the issue. Their product support and customer service is as good as it gets.

Risky Purchase
Size: 15"Wine Cooler-28 Bottle
Although this wine cooler looked very nice it did not work out of the box. Returning it proved to be a bit of a hassle and required Amazons involvement. Initially, the seller expected me to ship it back at my cost! That would have made its return cost prohibitive as it would have been extremely expensive and angering as I would have covered the sellers cost of a defective product. Fortunately, after Amazons involvement, the seller appeared to come to this same realization and agreed on me disposing of it. Suffice it to say, it now sits awaiting a ride to a landfill. Kudos to the seller for doing the right thing.
