When I first turned the AC unit on the type Freon, it uses made a noise after it ran for about a minute. It got very quiet. it cools very good good. I’m cooling a good size living room, dining room, and kitchen with it. It cycles on and off. Save me a lot of money on my electric bill compared to our central air unit that quit working I would recommend it to anyone. 👍👍

Keeps my room cool like I like it. The noise level doesn't bother me, used to having something like this or a box fan in the background when I sleep. No problems with Quality or Design. It was a little difficult to install and took 2 people but well worth it.

I have 30 foot vaulted ceilings (A Frame house). Central Air went out and figured I’d just continue my quest to transition to window units. First time I think the house has ever reached 72 during the summer. lol Very easy to set up and install. Would recommend a window bracket, because this thing is heavy! Easily a two-person job. My house is 40 years old and has 52” windows and I couldn’t find any that match that, so I had to ask AI how to customize one a bit. I only just got it, but I’m hoping with the price that it lasts a while. Here’s hoping. 🤞

This was a big investment for me and this unit didn’t disappoint me. It was able to cool my large living room and also my dining room and kitchen that are open to living room area. It has a washable filter that is convenient. I love that it has a remote to control at nighttime. I didn’t find that the noise level was bad even at the highest mode but I just really wanted to be cool and that’s what I got !

Quiet and works really well. No complaints regarding the unit. I will say, the sticky foam tape that comes with it is awful, it must be adhesive used. I would steer clear and use the foam without adhesive to seal all gaps or some other material. As far as the AC is concerned, I could not be happier with my purchase.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: After reading the reviews it was clearly stated that the was the best buy for your buck. The noise level is moderate. The cooling ability is phenomenal. We live in Northern Louisiana and the humidity combined with temperatures causes it to be sweltering. Central is too expensive. This air conditioner cools the living room, dining room and kitchen. We like our house very cool, and it delivers. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great product without breaking the bank. update: When the compressor kicks in it has started making a loud noise, Sounds like the fan.
