I just started using it ! My hair feels softer and more manageable. The the curls are tight. My hair is going through change now so we’ll see how it works. It has a very nice smell.

I like it as it does define the curls and holds them stiff but i was also hoping for softness. When I run my fingers thru the curls it feels dry. I, therefore, use it along with a curling gel that does make the curls feel softer and shiner and it also defines the curls. I really just need to use the gel by itself and avoid product buildup in my hair. Guess it works better for different textures of curls. ... show more

I had been using Cantu and noticed it wasn't working well anymore. Then I got my hair colored and noticed it was extremely dry and brittle. I ha to do something. Tried this product after cutting out my locks after 29 years and I was very happy with it. I’ve heard the oils but was curious how this product works work for my hair texture. Its lightweight doesn’t have too much residue. I find that it will hold the curls and not give you that stiff texture that you don’t want and spray a little conditioner in the morning and the curls bounce right back. ... show more
