The hoop is made great and works great, but the customer service is on another level! About 3 months after my purchase some of my 5 year olds bad little friends came over and decided to hang from the rim, ended up cracking the height adjustment piece and it wouldn’t stay extended anymore, I messaged the seller and they agreed to send a whole brand new basketball hoop! Really made my day, because my son was just starting to LOVE basketball and shooting and learning how to do layups and more, I was bummed out when the hoop got broken, and so was he, he’s gonna be stoked when the new gets here, I already know he’s gonna want to keep both now lol ... show more

This is very cheaply made. The hoop doesn’t stay elevated, maintaining its height. It slowly slides back down to the lowest height you can set the hoop to. This is not worth the money when you are looking for something taller than 5 feet! Keep looking!!

Really want to like this but the brackets rusted out. Now what do I do. Barely used it last summer. When it rains the top fills up. This is used outside. Why is the hardware not proofed for it?
