Bought for my 12 year old grandson and he truly enjoys it. However, one thing I would do differently is pay to have assembled. Assembly is why the 4 star rating. Before governing the speed, my 350 lb 6' 6" son-in-law rode it to test it and it had no trouble pulling him around the yard. However, his legs do go past the footrest.
