Super light and stays in place. It was a little weird to assemble because it didn't come with instructions. For a long while I couldn't get it to fit in any of my door frames until I figured out there is a tightening screw at the end of the polls to fasten it to the frame better. Once I got it in, it was great. I beat the heck out of it for about 2 hours today, great workout, no damage to the paint on the frame. This does just what it says it does. A little tweeking to get it fitting tightly in the doorway, but then you can punch away. Its not a heavy bag and its not a speed bag, but if you don't have either at home, this is the way to go to keep up your conditioning. can travel with you so you can work out where ever. Recommend gloves to protect your hands, even if they are just your old winter gloves. After 15 minutes bare handed my hands were a little unhappy as it is a bit stiff, but not hard. Was going to recommend to clients. Pros: Great cardio boxing workout, easy to assemble, portable and lightweight. Cons: Durability of bag did not last a month. Ok I love a good workout purchased this to start a little of boxing but the darn thing won’t stay secure on my doorway it’s not wide enough and unstable. If you have a door opening of 36in it will be flimsy
