I have used this sling twice. Once for a rotator cuff tear, and now for a fractured elbow. It is comfortable, very adjustable, and had soft material. The padding on the shoulder strap is very nice, and the black strap to hold the arm in place is super helpful if you are looking for a good sling, do yourself big favor and get this one. You won’t be disappointed. I would buy it again at twice the price.

I have a long history of shoulder dislocations. This is hands down the best sling I've ever used. The strap that attaches to the front stops "the swing" when you bend over. Super comfortable and breathable. Easy to adjust to your size. Easy to put on myself one handed. I've washed mine (air dry) several times with no fraying or issues.

Using this sling after a recent shoulder dislocation. I like that the fit is very secure, and comfortable, and that it doesn’t put any pressure on the injured shoulder. My only dislike, and reason for not giving 5-stars is because the material is much heavier than I realized it would be, which can get very warm in the summer months. Also when wearing in the left side, the closure across the top of the are is hard to secure to the inside of the arm when mobility is limited.

This sling was supportive and mostly comfortable, and the fabric seemed good quality. However, as a smaller woman, it was much too large for me! The design makes it very supportive, but the extra strap also makes it bulky and a bit unattractive. It is a bit difficult to use, as you have to initially cut the strap to size, and you also have multiple straps to manage. I ended up returning it in favor of another sling.

I knew within a moment this sling was amazing after over a week of a cheap sling pulling on the base of my neck, pulling the rhombus muscle going to the base of the skull. Immediately felt more free in my neck movements etc. Much better temperature control as the cheap one felt like a heat reflector and I was constantly sweating under it and arm felt hot. Arm feels comfortable and has fully customizable placement for a perfect fit. Even has a moveable thumb sling to help with hand placement so you don't slump you hand.
