Ive had several of these over the years. The plunger design is easier to clean than old models. Love the stainless steel components. Easier to clean and will stand up to heat/steam sterilization. Many different tips make it a versatile kitchen tool. Perfect for stuffing smoked shotgun shells.

I make jerky all the time but have never used a jerky gun. I was pleased with this gun. it's well made and easy to use. if you make jerky I recommend this product. it's worth the money

This thing works great, high capacity, doesn't require a ton of strength to squeeze meat out. Would be cool if it came with a long snack stick tube, but it will fit about 3 ft of snack stick casing on it if you so choose.
