I have used multiple times now and it works great, but only for medium-level snow of about around 1-10 inches. It was easy to set up and install. The battery works fine with it, I just wish they included a second battery. It does require physical work while pushing it. overall, it is a great home snow blower for medium-level snow. Unit was easy to assemble. Used on some left over snow, worker great had a pretty awesome throw distance. As I have other battery operated tools I figured the batteries do not last for a long time. So I ordered a secondary battery. Will work great for my small driveway.

The only thing I liked is that it was lightweight.. definitely not worth the cost- all plastic and a rubber auger. Battery lasts about 15min. Then takes 4 hrs to charge. After it sits for about 30 minutes before it's cool enough to charge. I cleaned about 15 foot of sidewalk that had approx 6 inches of snow. Wouldn't even work on the end of the driveway. It just bogged down and stopped. For the cost of a second battery, I got a real snow blower, gas powered, that does the job it claims it does. ... show more

Used for the first time today. Temp was -13F and the snow was deep and drifted. Needed to make several passes and push through a great deal. The blower was a champ!     • Seems Sturdy - 10" Clearing Depth? Not Likely.

This looks like a great little compact snow blower! Since it has yet to snow, I haven't been able to really put it through its paces, but I like that it's lightweight which should make it a lot easier to maneuver than its super-sized gas-powered counterparts. For me that's essential! It has all the features you'd want - a wide enough removal path (20"), a headlight to make it easier to see (since it's dark by 5 pm!), electric start, and a directional chute. The only thing it doesn't have is a self-propel mechanism, but since it's lightweight, you shouldn't have much trouble pushing it to operate. It claims it can clear up to 10" of snow, but I sincerely doubt it. I also have an EGO brand push snowblower that is similar and even it would have trouble with that much snow, especially if it's the heavy wet stuff! With these more compact blowers, you'll have a MUCH easier time if you use it when there's around 4" or less snow up to a max of around 6" (if it's lightweight snow, of course). If it's forecast to snow more than that, you'll want to go out a couple of times. Remember, you're still going to be pushing this, so pushing less of the white muck will be exponentially easier than pushing more. Frankly, when they forecast that we're going to get a foot or more of snow, I have someone with a snow plow on their truck clear out my driveway, but I'm a petite middle-aged woman who's not interested in breaking her back, so take that for what it's worth. All in all, it looks like it should work well for clearing sidewalks and small to medium-sized driveways. I can't speak to the battery life yet but will update if it's not as expected. All in all, it looks to be a good little machine if you use it appropriately and don't have unrealistic expectations.
