These pencils are so pretty. They arrived already sharpened and I just really love that they are a normal colored graphite, pencil color, but have a rainbow wooden base. They look so cute without hitting you over the head. I actually bought little Christmas eraser heads and attach them to these pencils and then use them to help decorate gifts. So I wrapped the gifts and then we put fancy ribbons on these or attach them in a nice little pattern depending what the gift was. Whoever I gave these to absolutely loved them. I’m pretty sure they thought they came with the eraser heads, but I don’t care. They’re just so cute looking. And so so pretty. Grateful for making you smile, at WORK! if you use pencils, great for stocking stuffers, great if you have kids, and especially great to give to anyone as a gift ... show more

    • I really like them.
I am an artist and when I saw these were HB pencils I thought why not give them a try since they are eck friendly and the look fun too. The lead is steady, I have not had any troubles sharpening any of them, they erase well, and I get an added benefit of having a pop of color on my pencil. There is no eraser on the end of it which I personally prefer since I sue my large erasers and fine detailing erasers for most of my art anyways. Just a heads up, these don't come with erasers. I didn't catch that when I ordered them and had thought I was getting a deal because these were cheaper than many other rainbow pencils. Otherwise these are good pencils and do what you expect a pencil to do. They write well and sharpen easily.

These were a hot item in my kid's class last year - everyone wanted one! They have a really pretty, almost pearl-like coating on the outside and a beautiful rainbow effect inside. They hold up really well, sharpen well, and write well. They don't have an eraser, but I prefer to add the pencil cap erasers anyways. ... show more
