Nice scooter. Little hard to put the wheel on with bigger hands but got it together. Easy to ride. Need to practice. I was having a hard time getting used to the throttle.Hard for me as I had a stroke left side paralyzed. So brake is on wrong side fo me , hard to come to complete stop.. So I may have to return. But overall liked it. But I don’t feel safe because I can’t come to a complete stop. Because of my hand is slow to react. Goes pretty fast. Very easy to open and close. Very study to get on and off. Seat comfortable . Handel bar easy to adjust. So for me it is just getting used to throttle to go at one speed. Then stopping I have to let go and use right hand to stop.

The media could not be loaded. I love it. I have 4 mobility scooters a pride gogo, booo ridiculously slow. A cheetah i bought used never worked. A topmate es32 which i like but tge more my health fails it gets harder for me to ride. Thus one is reasonably fast. Light so my son isn't killing himself to load it. I love it. But it's not for every disabled person. My mom has M.S. I'm scared to let her try it. I weigh 240. It goes up steep inclines no problem. Like parking garage Ramos none of my others can go straight up with my fat butt on them. This one no problem even gets up to 10 to 13 Miless an hr. I even get it to do wheelies. I love it. If you're younger and have walking issues I totally recommend. Battery life is decent. It even goes thru grass good. My wife and I go to parks she walks i ride. I go thru grass up pretty big hills. Be careful though. I've already flipped it backwards. If I head in my back door in 3rd gear and pull up when I hit the door sill 2ft wheelie that I've rode for 5 feet. I attempted to go on the BMX track at tge park but my wife and son freaked and said no. I will. I'll video that and post it.

It folds easily and is comfortable to ride. It required minor assembly that was not too difficult. It is fast and easy to fold and unfold. It is fast. Quality is okay and acceptable. It is compact and easy to store.

This is a wonderful scooter. It has a good battery, wouldn't mind it lasting a little longer but for me it averages about 2 1/2 - 3 hours on 2nd gear. It is foldable but DOES NOT LOCK and tends to buckle. It weighs 68 lbs so if you are alone and no lift it could be an issue. For me though it is perfect. It will all but fly lol. It is really fast in 3rd gear at 17 mph .. if you are still at a level where you are not 100% incapacitated, this is a great scooter for you.

This thing has some nice features but it is highly unstable. It it lurches from side to side and tips over when turning. The throttle is way too sensitive. I have used it twice and fallen off of it twice. I wanted to return it and they sent me a shipping table. THE catch is I would have to pay for the return to the tune of almost $200.00. I called Amazon customer service and it was a simple call. Within 5 minutes the agent informed me they would refund me the full price even though the manufacturer was not cooperating. Now I don't even have to send it back. It is going into the dumpster where it belongs. GREAT JOB AMAZON. YOU DID A GREAT JOB!

We bought this so my wife could go on a trip to celebrate her last cancer treatment being over and still get around to see the sights. I was impressed with how well this scooter was designed - it folds easily as designed, the storage basket also folds easily, and it's (just barely) light and small enough to carry onto a bus when needed. We initially did have some of the same problems others have reported with the fuse blowing, but contacted the manufacturer, who responded by text and supplied a new battery box end that internally contains a larger than original fuse. Since that time, we've not had a single problem with it. The manufacturer also got this to us quickly enough that we didn't have to change vacation plans. I would definitely buy this again!

Its a good scooter but the parking brake didn't work. I didn't use it until the return time had expired. I contacted the company cordially asking if they could assist me with the parking brake issue but the never responded. The scooter really isn't bad but it is inconvenient if you want to stop on an incline because you have to keep the hand brake engaged. Good scooter mostly but terrible seller.
