I have had three of these fail now. No other choices I can find of course. Taking the device apart shows it is very well build but something is failing. Might be the limit switches which based on their design could be the issue. Not worth repairing. I actually put the date on the motor and it is just under one year now. motor fit properly, had to shave off end that went into tube,adjust motor travel was somewhat a problem, finally working right for now.

Exactly what I needed to repair my over the door awning. Wasn't the easiest to install, but once done, works perfectly. Definitely a better design than the original.

I am very frustrated with this. My holiday Rambler says it is the carefree marquis. Label say’s freedom. None of the many manuals look at all like my over the door awning. If I can manage to get it installed I will post another review

The part had to be modified. The drive end had to be ground down to fit in the awning tube.
