I wanted to get a smart lock because my kids have a habit of constantly losing their housekeys. I searched for and researched many options both in the 'big box' stores as well as online. When I can across the UYF Wi-Fi smart lock on Amazon I decided to give it a try due to the positive reviews for installation and customer service. After purchasing the product and installation, I could not agree more with the prior reviews. Installation was simple, especially with the QR Code that links you to an installation video. Even without the video, the manual provided was easy to follow. Installed, the lock and handle are very pleasing and function smoothly. The kit also included two key fobs, three keys, AND the Wi-Fi hub to allow you to unlock the door remotely as well as connect it to your home digital assistant. The hub alone sells for almost $60 separately for other Smart Locks with the Wi-Fi feature. The connection to the app was seamless with no issues. After setting up each family member’s personal key codes and fingerprints, we have had no problems and the door unlocks without issue. There is no delay in unlocking the door whether from the keypad, fingerprint, or the key fobs. You can also set the default auto-lock time in the app, or you can disable it for those quick ins and out like when you are bringing in the groceries from the car. I was so satisfied after a week of using the UYF smart lock, I bought a second one for my mom, who also loves the convenience and functionality.     • Nice lock I guess you could call it smart not a genius,
I had another smart lock on another house, which is more smooth interfacing with my smart home Alexa, having a little more trouble with this lock however, I really like the thumb print interface so it serves my purpose. Also auto lock for me after my time set as I said, kind of smart.

I bought this door lock for my front door as I was tired of having to use keys and let me tell you this thing is solid and rigid and not cheap at all this thing is easy to use and setup and I love that everyone can have their own keycard and code to enter the house no more making keys for everyone and customer service is Amazing the first one I had kept dying in a few days and I contacted them and they sent a new one and it’s been perfect ... show more
