I've had this AC for a few weeks, and it's doing a great job so far. The remote control is really convenient when I wake in the middle of the night and need to make adjustments. The display looks nice, and the filter is easy to access for cleaning. It was packaged nicely with no damage. It's heavy, though! I'm used to dealing with 5,000 BTU units, but I had to get my son lift this one up to the window for me. This unit does make the standard window AC noise, but it's a non-issue for me. If you work from home or need to have a very quiet setting, good luck finding a silent unit. ... show more

This is absolutely an amazing air conditioner!!! My girlfriend’s wall unit died and we had to get a replacement fast… Super easy to install and the air is SUPER COLD!!! Five stars I would definitely recommend this air conditioner to anybody that has the space and the time to install it

It arrived damaged & fan did not turn & no air blew out.Control panel would light up but unit did nothing no matter what setting it was on. Big catch on bag where coils are & several dents with 1 looking like it could have went into bottom of back of unit. Looking through the top was a glob of something white that should not be there in the unit. Zelang is who bought this from.Every 24 hrs you would get text from them early in the morning. After sending picture if damage & shipping box & explanation if everything still kept asking us to do stuff that we already tried. The unit came damaged & did not work period. They are supposed to be out if California. Do not know why no communication but every 24 hrs. We are in the USA only 2 hrs time difference between us.After asking if we had tried plugging into different outlet & breaker not tripping & it not being in sleep mode etc.,then wanted video of panel when we plugged it in, no video sent, then wanted pic of panel after plugged in,no picture sent. It did nothing but light up! Praises to Amazon who worked with us & got a refund quickly. ... show more

Works great. My only complaints are it defaults to ECO mode when turned on and then it immediately cycles on and off. Not sure why anyone would even want that mode. It's simple to turn it off but should be an option to bypass that mode and I don't know if there is or not. Only other complaint is the sliding seal parts seem kinda cheap. I'm sure they can be upgraded easily enough but it would've been nice if they were better quality. ... show more
