This ladder arrives only needing the top handle bolted on so easy peasy assembly. There’s a little included card with one year warranty info. Construction is sturdy and substantial. I’m an overweight older woman but I’m confident and comfortable stepping and standing on this. The steps are plastic but it’s a thick heavy plastic supported underneath by metal. Ladder is actually larger than I expected. Yay! The top step holds my weight fine but standing on this step I’m taller than my 8’ ceilings lol so I’d only be using the top step on the landing or in the laundry room. Not important to know unless you also have 8’ ceilings. Top step is about 32”high. Ladder folds up easily and super thin for storage. I can’t speak to longevity since I just received it but I have no reason to think it won’t last years. I’m delighted with it! Five stars and zero complaints.

This 4-step ladder is exactly what I needed. It's sturdy and makes me feel safe. Easy to carry around the house. I use it for changing light bulbs and cleaning high spots. Stores away easily.

The media could not be loaded. Nice little ladder. Sturdy enough, holds my weight, no issues :-). Comes almost completely assembled, just have to put the top handle on. You get two Allen wrenches with it to fasten the top handle and at first I thought they were just weak, but the good thing is they round off before you apply enough pressure to deform the tube steel. So in the end, they worked perfectly. All in all a sturdy little lightweight ladder.
