Installation of the lock and lock setup was straightforward and simple and only took about 10 minutes. The Gateway, however, took quite a bit of trial and error to get it to work. The instructions were confusing. After the 10th attempt, I finally got it to work with Alexa. Overall, I'm very happy with it. Having multiple ways to unlock the door is so convenient. I really like the looks of this lock and the fingerprint works very well. The thing I do not like is that the app is not good it does not stay connected to the Internet, so I just can use the fingerprint part. I cannot use the Wi-Fi lock and unlock because it will not hook back up.

Firstly, this door knob handle is solid, substantial & looks expensive! Big step up from my cheap kwikset turn knob. The fact that it has a code and a finger print; that is so convenient. Keys for backup as well. 2nd, the set up wasn’t bad at all, considering door knobs can be tricky. This even gives a guided cutout measurement of where to put each piece. 3rd, the customer service guy helped me out with setting up my code and finger print seamlessly. Definitely worth the buy! The Heantle fingerprint door lock is very easy to install; solid built door hardwares (lock & handle). However I encountered a fingerprint problem; I called the hotline (got answer right the way, no waiting), book a same day appt with the representative. Heantle techical support personnel (Nancy) called me back on time and inquired the fingerprint issue. She directed me with the instructions and tips. Amazing that the fingerprint issue resolved.
