This is a wonderful dash cam and meets all of the needs one would have. It has a great forward facing camera, an interior camera and a rear facing camera, all produce great video as well as interior cabin audio. Having a 64 GB card included is also a nice feature. I purchased the dash cam on Amazon but had it professionally installed by Best Buy Geek Squad who did a great job at a great price. The optional always on power option is a great feature as well. I did have one issue after installation and did need to contact support for the camera. After installation I attempted to reset it from KPH to MPH and set the Time Zone but was unable to find the menu options for either on the System menu. Amanda from Lamtto customer support quickly replied to my email and offered great customer support and offered great help. I'm not sure how but after a couple days the menus showed up on the System menu and I was able to make the desired changes. Not sure why the missing menus were not there or how they showed up but it was easy to make the changes once they were available. I am thinking maybe the system reset after installation but regardless, support was great and was going to replace the camera with no issues if needed. Very glad I went ahead with the purchase of this unit. It is really well made at a very reasonable price. Follow up after a bit over a month in use. The original camera reverted to missing its menus again so sent it back to Amazon and replaced it with a new one. Since then this new camera has worked perfectly with no issues. Completely satisfied with the purchase of this item.

WIFI does not work, hopefully I will still be able to access the videos from the card on the computer. It does not like the heat, I live in the southwest and it gets hot, usually shows "memory error" or "insert memory card" with the card installed. The picture quality is nice but that does not offset the negatives. The rear camera is useless at night due to on IR lights. I liked the idea of three channels but believe that I am going back to an older dash cam. I would not recommend this product. Update review for this dash cam. I had several issues with the dash cam, customer support reached out to me and started a lengthy email chain to get this issue resolved. After multiple attempts to get the unit to work, they offered to replace it. I had already purchased a different camera and had it installed but continued to work with customer service. I really did not expect the support that I received, this company will do whatever it will take to make you happy. They asked me to return the unit and they would replace it, I agreed but reluctantly, I was tired of the whole situation. Before I could send the faulty unit back I received an email saying that they believe the best course of action is just send me a new unit. I received the new unit the day after I sent the old one. I installed it and found it to work just like it should. The camera is great, I am hesitant to give 5 stars due to the issue with the first but after all is said and done the unit is exactly what I wanted. The features all work as advertised and the customer support is outstanding. I believe that with the way I was treated that this is a very good company and reliable products. I was going to raise my rating to 4 stars but after what the company did to resolve the problem I feel comfortable in giving a 5 star review. After a just a few months the camera now continues to reboot or just shut off after 1-2 minutes, this has become more of a hassle than the camera is worth. The company did work with me for the first issues but I am not going to contact them again, just going to research and try to find a better camera.

The media could not be loaded. I don't usually write reviews but this is the best dash cam that I have ever installed so far! From the pictures attached you can see that they included all the accessories (excluding the hard wiring dash cam kit which is commonly used for the "Parking Mode") The accessories included are: - Dash Cam with 64GB SD Card (Unbranded) - Cigarette Lighter Power Adaptor - A USB Data Transfer Cable - The wire and Backup Cam Bundle - Suction Cup and Permanent (3M Tape) Holders - A pry tool and a few cable management clips. First off, the screen is a bit small but its quite manageable to preview recordings and there are options to choose which camera views you want as the main screen. I used the suction cup holder for my car in the event of switching vehicles, the cup held up in hot and cold climates and it didn't fall off at any point in time. Also, the "twist to lock" function for the holder was a nice touch. One thing that I am really impressed with is the quality and clarity of the front facing and rear facing (inside) cameras - I did not install the backup cam as yet. They can make out many more details than other dash cams can and the rear facing camera has a great IR function. Furthermore, the front camera's night vision can be improved but for the price I am satisfied with it. The GPS Speed can be switched in the menu for MPH or KMH which is great for persons living in Canada or elsewhere. I did a comparison with Google Maps to confirm that the speed is accurate and low and behold it was spot on, great for getting out of a speeding ticket! They integrated 2 screensaver options, one option is a blank screen and the other option is a screen that shows the speed, time and date as the dash cam is recording in the background. Along with the purchase of this dash cam kit I purchased a 256GB Samsung U3 SD Card and I was impressed that the dash cam didn't freeze or operate in a slow manner. I just formatted the SD card and it began to record. Why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the connectivity. The WiFi option works okay but if you are downloading multiple files from the dash cam then the transfer rate tends to degrade. Also, if you pull the SD Card out and you want to view the files the Media Player in Windows doesn't open the files. You would have to download a 3rd Party Application like VLC Media Player to view the files. Other than those minor problems, it does what it has to do. Records, Playback, GPS Speed and saves you in the event of an accident or ticket. PS - The attached video quality has been degraded a bit due to phone transfer. It is clearer than this when viewed directly.

Love these cameras. I've bought 3 total. They work great. I did notice that they've updated at least one connector on the camera to a USB C, so If you're replacing one you bought a while back, you might have to re-run one of the cables. Not a biggie, just something to put out there.
