Works great, looks nice, and is pleasant. Very quite and peaceful water trickling. Assembly required cutting the hole bigger though for the thing to go through. Pretty cheap feel also, and the cord is very short so we had to buy an extension cord for it to sit on a rather short table.

There's a lot to like about this water fountain and one, possibly big, dislike. The fountain is easy to assemble. Insert the LED light. Attach the pump. Fill with water (distilled recommended). Plug in and watch the cascading water. It looks great. Others have commented that the fountain is quiet and that it is. The pump is very quiet. No noise there. BUT so is the falling water. If you are looking for a fountain with the relaxing sound of falling water (which I kinda was) this is not the water fountain for you. Honestly I'm not sure I will keep it. For now I will run it for a few days with the hope that it grows on me. Then I will decide whether to keep it or return it.

All these fountains I believe are made to eventually fail. This one has lasted longer than others I have tried. But it sometimes makes a loud noise from the motor. My cat has claimed it as his water bowl.
