I bought this bc of the gray and red color and the way the water trickled down each level I felt there would be little to no splashing. I was right. There is no splashing. As you can see from the picture I did embellish it with moss, plants, and a fairy. I also used leftover tile on the base. I am so pleased with with the final outcome. So far the pump has been working great. There is absolutely no noise from it whatsoever. I do add water daily bc it’s in our LV which has a pellet stove therefore it’s very dry. As for the water sound it’s not real loud but you can definitely hear it. Overall it’s a great little water fountain and I recommend it. ... show more

I would have gladly paid more for something that didnt feel so cheap and junky. They claim its high quality poly material. Felt like low end plastic to me. The paint work was shoddy and the finish was uneven. The instructions are a joke but luckily it was not hard to assemble. Hard to see how something of such poor quality can be soothing. ... show more

Yes, the fountain is quiet, but that can be fixed. I added a few marble sized glass pebbles(2 in the top, 5 in the middle and none in the bottom bowl.) Overall the fountain was a great purchase.

** CHEAP PRODUCT ** within one month the paint started to peel. I bought this as a gift and was embarrassed that it was peeling so quickly. The product is thick but it’s plastic. Hooking up the filter under the fountain is awkward. It’s almost impossible to use the suction cups to know the pump is secure to filter the water. UPDATE: The company was very quick to respond in helping me get a new pump when the plug broke. I fully appreciate a company that stands by their products. I only gave three stars due to the pump plug breaking but they immediately sent me a new one. Its refreshing to see a company that cares and fixes what they can to keep thier customers happy Five stars I really loved this feature however I could not give it more than three stars as i have had it less than a year and the prong broke off the plug in the outlet.
