As an engineer, I can attest to the quality of this product. It is made very well, is very durable and will bring years of joy. What I did to make it even better is: 1) simple replacement of the bottom halogen bulb for a 10watt 3000k soft white led bulb from Amazon 2pk -$10). 2) I bought an led hardwired 120 volt top picture light ,which I mounted on the top to give me outstanding beautiful additional lighting.     • Very calming, water issues though

The media could not be loaded. Before purchasing, I saw reviews where in the video you can see the water doesn’t run seamlessly from side to side but I’ve seen a couple where they do. Mine runs beautifully on the left side, covering the entire side but the right leaves a gap. I’m wondering if there’s any hacks to fix this because the asymmetry really takes away from the beauty. The fact that some people don’t have this issue tells me there is an inconsistency in the manufacturing of the product. I’ve seen some reviews where there’s gaps on both sides. It was easy to assemble, just make sure to double check the items because the replacement bulb is so small I almost threw it out with the box. The pump noise blends in with the sound of my AC and it’s satisfying to come home after a long day of work to the gentle trickle of running water. Hopefully someone can contact me about fixing that gap. ... show more

I am absolutely thrilled with the two waterfalls I have hanging on my wall, right beside the built-out wall with the TV and fireplace. These waterfalls are not only impressively large, but they also add a soothing and luxurious ambiance to my living space. I especially love the gentle, relaxing sound of the flowing water. In fact, my setup was such a hit that my contractor ended up installing four more of these beautiful waterfalls at my friends' homes. Once they saw how fantastic they looked and experienced the calming effect, they just had to have them. I can't blame them one bit; these waterfalls truly make a remarkable addition to any space. The best part is that everyone who visits thinks they must have cost a fortune, but they're actually quite affordable. The media could not be loaded. I bought this waterfall because I have so many plants, and they and I absolutely love it! It’s so beautiful and peaceful. Putting it together was super easy too. I will say, I initially put the mirror part on backwards so the water didn’t fall down immediately. But it did once I turned it the right way ... show more

At this point, I cannot fully review the fountain itself in action because I have not quite reached this point. However, I can say that (before getting it operational) it is beautiful and everything we might have expected. What I can do now is tell you about the amazing customer service I experienced when I had a problem with the pump. I recently assembled the fountain (no problems), and it looks great. But when I plugged in the pump, nothing happened. After working through the troubleshooting options, it was pretty clear to me that the pump was defective--not making any noise or vibration when connected to verified power. So I wrote to customer service and explained the issue. I asked that they please send a replacement pump. Here is the big thing: I sent that email to them late on a Saturday afternoon. Within about 2 hours (late on a Saturday), I got a response from Jamie Alforque in Customer Service saying that, of course, they would send me a replacement pump. No questions asked. Just the reply that they would certainly send a replacement immediately. They did send it right away by FedEx , and I have since received it. Although I have not yet installed the pump into the fountain because it was a gift and is located at another house and I have not yet had that opportunity, I did plug it in under water to make sure it is functional. And it certainly is working. I may update the review of the fountain itself later after we have it working. What I can say now is that Alpine's customer service, and that of Jamie Alforque in particular, is exceptional. And the fountain looks beautiful. I would definitely recommend that you can feel secure in ordering one of their fountains, assuming that it fits your decor and your application because if there is a problem, they will fix it. Based on my experience, they will do so rapidly, competently, and courteously. I wish all customer support were like this. Thanks Jamie and Alpine, for the great support! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It’s a nice fountain however the water does not flow down the wall evenly. If you bang on the sides it will flow evenly but not for long. Trying to find a good place to put it and ad decor. But I might end up putting outside because it’s loud.
