The media could not be loaded. I like the fact it puts out a waterfall/ creek like sound. It's not too loud and won't be a disturbance while your sleeping or reading trying to relax. It is a good price, not too bright at night and doesn't take up a lot of space! I would order again!

The media could not be loaded. Water is LOUD (I added a few pebbles to dampen the sound a bit and that helped), and the light is very dim, but it's still a very nice piece as long as you don't have expectations of a bright light or soft water trickle sound. It was also super easy to put together, the most difficult part was getting the pump suctioned to bottom of the well. I imagine if you have large hands, this might be a tad difficult. I do also wish it had an on/off switch. I hate having to bend behind the entryway table every night to unplug it. It hasn't leaked yet, but it's only been a few days. I'll update my review if anything changes. I won't say it's relaxing sounding, but it's definitely pretty and fits with my fairy garden, which is what I was ultimately looking for.

How much water goes into the water fall? I didn't see it in the directions. Otherwise I haven't tried it out. Will evaluate once I add the water. I'm really excited to turn it on.

If you want a quiet babbling flow? This is NOT FOR YOU. It literally sounds like a miniature garden hose...nothing relaxing at all. Now...if it had a flow control? It would be lovely...but it doesn't. Save your money.

When this is running, the water that comes out of the top comes through with WAY too much pressure. It makes it sound more like someone is doing dishes with the sprayer on than a trickling stream... I tried everything to make the pressure less or to mitigate the sound of it hitting the screen but alas, now it just sits on my desk, looks pretty but can't use it for what I bought it for.

Easy to assemble and fits prefect on the table just as I wanted. Looks great with my plants. The problem I have with it is the pump. It isn't really loud, but is loud enough that I can barely hear the water sounds. Unlike the other fountain I have, the pump isn't adjustable so unable to see if lowering or raising the intensity would help that. It sounds more like a white noise generator with a touch of water noise. It isn't bad per say as I wanted the fountain to help with meditation and sleep but if I wanted a white noise generator I would have brought one. It would have cost less to. Yes, I followed the troubleshooting instructions. Pump is clean, fountain is full of water, pump is fully submerged and I let it run for 5 minutes. I've run it for 3 hours without a change in the pump noise.
