TLDR: the phone doesn't charge quickly enough to be useful. I bought this hoping to charge my 3 devices in the evening and the keep my phone and airpods charging overnight while I slept wearing my watch. The airpods and watch charge wonderfully (I don't have a case on my airpods, so it didn't bother me that you have to remove the case). I do have to remove my iPhone case because it can't charge through the case I have. I knew this would be the case, so it wasn't a surprise or complaint of mine. My issue is that when I leave my phone on the charger all night, it still isn't even close to 100% charged in the morning. So the product does 66% of what I was hoping to achieve and I still have to have my iPhone charger on my nightstand so I can wake up to a charged phone. The footprint of the charger is a lot smaller than I was expecting, which is honestly very nice as it doesn't take up much of my nightstand. The watch holds very securely. I like it all except that the iPhone charging doesn't really function as a charger - it's more of a stand than anything else. ... show more

The product works great to charge my iPhone and Apple Watch, but I cannot get it to charge my air pods, with or without the cover on them. Luckily it’s not a huge deal as I have cords to charge them with, but still aggravating as that’s why I purchased the 3-in-1

This charger station works great, but it is so bright at night. It also flashes blue when finished. So as long as that doesn’t bother your sleep, this product is perfect. Oh and my husband had to remove his phone case to use.

It’s honestly super convenient and helped me get rid of a bunch of charging cords (well, I put them away, not really “rid” of them altogether). The issue I’m running into is the iPhone charge portion—the other parts work exceptionally well: Nope, don’t scroll away yet! Read on for more (somewhat relatively important) details: ** iPhone charge magnet works well when it works but, sometimes, I’ll see where it disconnects from charging in the middle of the night, due to me putting the phone in Sleep Focus and it lights up when it stops charging — the Lock Screen light catches my attention (spooky at times, I will admit to that!). I fumble with it a little, reposition the phone, and then it’s fine. When I don’t notice the Lock Screen light though, I find out in the morning when it’s at 20% or less, which isn’t a fun thing to wake up to! ** AirPods charge port: place the charging case facing backwards. For some reason it won’t charge if it’s placed forward-facing, but it’s not a big deal for me. ** Apple Watch charging magnet is…chef’s kiss, ladies and gents! It charges super fast! I sleep with my watch on (to monitor my sleeping heart rate, etc) and I’ll place it on the charger, say, at 10:00PM (after wearing it all day) while it’s at 30% charge and by 11:00PM I get the notification on my iPhone that it’s fully charged. It was really convenient for travel, hotel stays, etc. I took it on a test run for Thanksgiving travel last week-ish and I loved being able to just place everything on there. I brought my iPhone charging cable in case it acted wonky, but it worked just fine. I feel like maybe it’s the surface that has to be completely level for it to not disconnect the iPhone from charging, based on the surfaces that it worked well with—think nightstands, desks—versus, say, an ample-sized window ledge (it was the closest area to the bed at the time, don’t look at me like that! 🤣). This charger stand is exactly as advertised. It comes with space for phone watch and AirPods both Pro and regular. The only thing that isn't mentioned in the documentation online is that the AirPods charger will not charge the AirPods with the case on. Which for those of us who are using cases is a problem since taking the cases off is difficult to do and not something most of us want to do just to charge our AirPods. ... show more

Update 3/30/23: After posting the review below, Intoval customer service reached out to me and offered to replace the defective unit with a new one. Additionally, they also offered to send a different model charger to make up for our inconvenience. I've updated the rating to 4 stars since, (a) one of the original chargers continues to work perfectly, and (b) the new ones also have been working fine. Perhaps we received a unit that had an isolated issue. Finally, the customer service regarding the initial concern and its resolution has been excellent. Considering that I never contacted them directly and they reached out based on my review, it seems clear they are committed to making sure their customers are satisfied. Previous review from January 2023 (2-star rating): I purchased two of these for our nightstands. While they did work, the units were very finicky about the placement of the phone. If the phone wasn’t centered exactly on the pad, it wouldn’t charge. We had iPhone 11 and iPhone 13’s, and both experienced this phenomenon. Apple Watch charging worked very well. It was able to charge a watch whose battery was at about 20% back to full within 45 minutes or so. As other people have noted, the lights around the base can be bright, but they can be turned off. We kept ours off all the time. Over the last few days, I began to notice that one of the chargers seemed to be starting and stopping charging my watch. The watch was charging, but it kept playing the chime, as if it was being taken on and off the charger, even though it wasn’t moving. Then the other night, the watch began a low level humming when it was on the charger. That was the final straw. It’s one year old and seems to have stopped working. The other one is going fine, for now. I’ll be replacing it with a different model. ... show more
