    • Works great once you get the hang of it
Can be very messy, but I fill the trays in my sink to avoid the mess on my countertop. If you pour the water directly on the button in the middle, it doesn’t splash and is much easier. I have found if I press the water out, then remove the top and pour the excess water off, then replace the top again, I don’t have as much water on the top of the tray and it is easier to twist and remove the ice balls once frozen. The ice isn’t as soft as the countertop ice maker we had previously, but we had two and both broke within 6 months. This is a much smaller investment and the results are well worth the price. ... show more

PROS: -I actually love the tiny round ice! (I've never been an Iced Coffee drinker, but I recently found "Grandy cold brew decaf" coffee and I've been drinking one cup in the evenings and I LOVE having these little ice rounds in my coffee! ☕️ 😍 🤗) -I love that it comes with a little "ice box" to store your ice in. -I love the little "scoop" it comes with! CONS: -It's a bit tedious to fill these up and takes some patience and a learning curve. I read the directions, so I use slightly more than 1 cup of water to fill. -They are a little cumbersome to release the ice out of once it's frozen. (But I love the little ice rounds so much, so it's worth it! Lol) -The first set arrived with pieces of the plastic mold still on there, they were sharp and "wire like". If I had not been paying attention when washing them, running my hand over them would have CUT me! (2 of the 4 had this issue.) -So I ordered a 2nd one to see how it would arrive.... It arrived without the little pieces of plastic, BUT the little ice bucket was BROKEN! Amazon shipped it in a "bag" NOT in a box! No bubble wrap was used, hence it arriving BROKEN! Overall, I love the actual product, I just wish they had better quality control to avoid all the hassle I went through. AND Amazon needs to learn to package items better! ... show more
